Microsoft Program Software

Works great with Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020. Recognized by the program and mapped properly. Easy reprogramming.

I first experienced flight simulation in 1998 with the Microsoft flight Simulation program. I'am retired now and became interested in flight simulation again and downloaded the MSFS 2020. My old control apparatus was not compatible with the new MSFS so I began searching for new controls. I was familiar with B H from purchasing photo equipment in years past. After contacting BH sales and being placed on a waiting list for a basic joystick I received notice of the availability of the one I recently purchased. Thanks B and H for getting me back on track.

Microsoft Office was easy to install and is the foundation of much of the work that I do. Having access to the software on my home computer during COVID-19 has been a real asset.

I bought this because I get all my tv over the air. Recording a show necessitates using the dvd recorder, and it's getting old, and is not truly reliable. This tv tuner worked as soon as I plugged it into the usb port on my computer. I hooked up to the coaxial cable from my attic antenna, and I get a better picture than I do on my regular tv. It picked up all the channels and using it with Microsoft Media Center is easy as pie. I like Microsoft Media Center better than the software that came with the device, but that software works OK as well. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to cut the cable and still have a personal video recorder.

I've been using Microsoft Surface laptops for personal and business use for years, and I've got no complaints. I like my hardware and software to be made by the same company so there's less bloatware. I don't use the laptop to game, edit videos, or anything intensive. (Unless you count having multiple tabs of Google Chrome open.) The machine runs smoothly. No complaints there. The angular metal exterior looks and feels great. It says professional without being as boxy as a ThinkPad.

This is the first security software beyond Microsoft Defender in quite a while. Today, it popped up a news article about the VA health website being hacked when I went to log in. Older antivirus software seemed to add so much overhead, I could hardly use the computer but this works quietly in the background and I have noticed no impact on speed.

I was amazed that it booted right up, synced to my microsoft account, and loaded my preferred software programs seamlessly. It's been running smoothly every since, too.

This is an almost must-have software program for me. My problem is that I once upon a time purchased the program outright, installed the disks on my laptop and then viola ... it all worked. I just purchased a new laptop ... a Mac ... from B&H and since I changed and upgraded, I now MUST opt for the annual subscription plan. I can no longer purchase the program but rent it ... a significant added cost. I did because I like the program, but it would be great if I could have simply migrated the old program from my other laptop ...
