Microsoft Surface Laptop Hard Cover

I have used several types of laptop computers, but Microsoft Surface Pro 7 is more than I expected :)

In my opinion, that's the best option for tablet PC available right now! * Silent - where is the cooler?! * Light and portable - even the complete kit (Surface, cover and the pen) is still incredibly easy to manage and carry in a small backpack or purse. * great quality material - it feels solid. Even the type cover seems solid (I am still getting used to the cover, but I am trying!). * relatively powerful - you get what you pay: it is fast to start Windows, run smooth medium-end software. High-end tools like Visual Studio and database development studios could perform better in a better spec notebook, but it's very easy to succumb to its power-portability rate. * comfortable keyboard - I am still trying to understand how such a small and thin keyboard is so comfortable... * finally a USB-C! - I have a Surface Pro 6 and this Pro 7 is a minor improvement. The battery and processor are slightly better compared to Pro 6, but the only item that I am really happy to upgrade is the new port! Microsoft please pay me to omit this! * The SSD is still slow since the early Surface Pros comparing with the competition... Why Microsoft?! * The battery only survives +5 hours if you decrease the processor power to microwave level. A medium to high workload finishes the battery in less than 2 hours. Tips: * I bought the pen, but I rarely use it. Despite that, the pen is very comfortable, runs smoothly in the glass and is very useful to control presentations. Of course, it's great for drawing. * I suggest the Surface Dock to optimizes your work. Just plug to add 4 USB ports, ethernet gigabit port, display port (even though it is a mini DP...) and audio output to your Surface. All that with embedded power supply, maintaining your power adapter on your backpack. * Buy a Microsoft Display Adapter! It is simply a MUST because wireless video transmission liberates you from wires!

Microsoft surface pen is a great choice

The cover mimics the macbook's finish perfectly. The iGlaze surface is a little more slippery than the bare macbook, but not by much. The iGlaze surface hides fingerprints well. The rubberized feet keep the mac from sliding (sometime too much making it hard to adjust it's position) The case fits tight and snaps on without much struggle. You will want to follow the recommended attachment sequence and pay close attention to precise alignment of the case with the macbook so that all the attachment tabs grip equally. The case is thin but tough. It will protect the mac from scratches and minor dings but not from a corner drop. These cases will crack, usually from misaligned installation or drops. My wife's Macbook Air case cracked after she banged a rear corner hard (no dent). Her case was a year old when it cracked.

Pairs with the Microsoft Surface Go I got as a gift for my spouse. She's quite happy with it.

Greate Cover, Excellent with my Surface Go.

I bought it on sale and am not sure it is worth full pricing. I plan to use it in studio for Microsoft Surface with attached Monitor with Lightroom CC running. I plan to use a HDMI connected monitor for camera control on the Canon R6. I bought TetherGuard to protect the ports on the expensive R6. Looks good, so far.
