Microsoft Teaching Program Computer Science High School

Having another boom arm (RODE) helps me to be more flexible when switching from teaching high school on over to college. I need to have the ability to change my frame of thinking and my equipment quickly.

We used this for our high school broadcast program. We don't have the BEST lighting, and it still looked spectacular!

I just took over a Digital Film Production program at the High School I teach at and found that many of my tripods where broken. When I looked into ordering replacements, (all of the tripods purchased by the former teacher were Manfrotto tripods) I just could not bring myself to spend the $399+ pricetag. I order two of these tripods that came with a collapsible dolly to see if they would work as well as the couple Manfrottos I have left. I can not tell the difference between the two. Pair that with the fact that I was able to get two additional dollys at no extra cost and I feel like I came out a winner. This was a great buy in my book.

High School media program that purchased 4, 8 years ago - 1 went missing after a renovation. The remaining 3 are still working like new, so when the mice that came with our computers started having problems, 30 more were acquired. Students are sometimes slow to accept a different approach to what they consider the norm.

I run a high school broadcasting program and we are working on live sports production. When shooting softball/baseball, we needed a way to have a camera behind the outfield wall to shoot balls & strikes. We don't have several hundred feet of cable, so I bought the Hollyland Mars 400s to connect the camera to our switcher. It worked fantastic right out of the box. We had a strong signal at around 250 feet. I'll probably buy another one next year.

We use these in a high school TV Production Program, so they get used constantly and get abused just as much. They hold up very well and have become workhorses. Great deal, especially for the money.

I teach a high school video production class, that produces a daily News program for the school. We have been using the Sony ECM-44B for the last 7 years. We are adding a sports person to the program and went immediatly back to the ECM-44B, because if you have every worked with high school students you know that you need something that will stand-up to excessive abuse and the ECM-44B does exactly that.

I purchased this camera for a high school video program. This is an amazing camera, albeit very small. My only real complaint is that I would like a beefier camera to hold onto as even a teenager's hand almost wraps around it when handholding. That being said, this has been a fabulous camera that captures excellent quality video in a variety of situations. The students love working with it as it is so easy to run in basic mode and yet gives good manual controls for other situations. We use Final Cut Studio 3 and it works seamlessly with that for capture and editing. I am hoping that this camera does not go out of production before we are able to purchase additional units for the program. I am very happy with this camcorder and have not had a single problem with it yet.

This product has worked flawlessly! I run a high school video production program and this allows me to make quick copies and also duplicate on a larger scale for DVD sales.

I have several sets of these lights for my middle and high school video program. They always deliver and are durable enough to withstand children using them all the time. Highly recomended.
