Microsoft Wireless Mouse 5000 Vs Logitech M510

I have been using a Logitech M510 wireless mouse for a year and find it excellent. Now I needed to buy a new mouse for my new laptop, maybe more compact and light for easier carrying. The M310 mouse is also very comfortable in the hand, feels responsive, accurate and mobile.

It works much better than the previous Microsoft 5000 mouse that frequently lost the bluetooth connection. The only concern is the cost.....too high.

I received my Logitech M310 Wireless Mouse a week ago and, I used it on my old ACER laptop. The mouse worked perfectly as expected. I can't wait to use it on my Lenovo thinkpad which is still on back order.

I used to own a Kensington wireless mouse because I liked how it looked. But it had lousy wireless connectivity and it constantly dropped its signal for no apparent reason. Seeking to replace it, I came across the Microsoft mouse at my neighborhood consumer electronics retailer. I found this same mouse at B&H for $20 less. I love this mouse. It's got a stylish appearance, the wireless signal is rock solid...no more dropped connections and it tracks great. I also like how I can easily power it off to save battery life. The only drawback is that it requires its own USB antenna so when you're using Microsoft's equally stylish wireless keyboard, you're using up 2 USB ports: one for the mouse antenna and one for the keyboard antenna

My wife had me replace a Microsoft wireless mouse with this one. She liked the way it feels in hand. It's very responsive and super easy to set up. Just plug it in, pull the protective battery cover and windows will do the rest.

I use the arc wireless mouse by microsoft. This product is great, the mouse fits well in the hand. The usb transciever is very small and has less risk of breaking or damage while in the computer. One disadvantage is that if you have a lot of programs running, then the mouse lags,,

Wish the mouse was a little bigger. More like the M510. It is hard to tell what something is going to feel like from a picture. But it is still great and will get a lot of use. Keyboard is fine.
