Microwave Vent Duct Adapter Samsung

I like how it can be regenerated using a microwave oven.

If it was not for this product, my GH3 would remain untouched even until now. I purchased the Panasonic camera GH3 over a year ago and I didn't purchase any lenses with it. Now, I am able to use my GH3 often all thanks to the FotodioX built-in Iris control lens adapter. I love canon lenses and I'm not too keen with micro-four thirds lenses. Anyways, this lens adapter support certain canon lenses such as the EOS lenses even the L -series. Unfortunately, it doesn't support EF & EFS canon lenses. However, during a low-budget music video shoot, I was able to duct-tape the EF/EFS canon lenses to the lens adapter. I know it sounds ghetto & crazy but it works. I realize that the EF/EFS lens flushes or completely levels against lens adapter's surface. I thought it would be a great idea to duct tape (tightly and securely) around the ring where it should mount. By taping around that ring, there were no lights nor dust coming to the sensor. Just be aware, adhesive tend to melt in a hot environment. I wouldn't recommend duct-taping a zoom lens. You can try. But it would require some extra tape around that ring. I managed to tape a zoom lens once, however, the glue started to wear off. But I noticed that ahead of timse before it fell. Whether it's duct-tape, gaffer tape, or camera tape, they should work fine. However, paper tape and scotch tape is definitely out of the question when it comes to the safety of your gear. The price is very reasonably. It sold out when I wanted to purchase it the first time around. I take that it's a good product for a great price. I'm glad B&H have this item in their inventory. The diagrams (pictures of iris from open to close) on the lens adapter doesn't help much. I still give this product 5 stars.

As useful as duct tape but reusable.

I didn't grow up in the industry so never heard of gaffer tape. I used duct tape for most needs. Duct tape will keep it on there - but it leaves such a sticky mess. Problem solved with gaffer tape. It's quite expensive but then again if I were to tally all my time trying to remove duct tape residue.. I haven't tried other than the general brand. It comes highly recommended and works great for all my needs. Sticks- and no mess. Perfect..

I love this Vent mount and so happy I found this Peak Design Company. I bought this because I Did not have enough room on my dashboard to place the charging dashboard car mount. The vent mount was fairly easy to install and extremely stable. I wish I would have ordered the charging vent mount, but I wasn’t quite sure how stable a vent mount would be. So I’m actually going to exchange this for the vent mount With the charger which I should have just bought to begin with.

Fits very securely in my car vent.

Used with duct tape, this is versitile

So many uses for this tape - better than duct tape as it does not leave behind any residue.
