One of the best midi controllers I have ever used. I am able to control my euro rack to my computer and everything in between. Awesome

Had constant issues with my Windows PC trying to do MIDI over Bluetooth with a new synth I had. Driver problems, Bluetooth problems, configuration settings, etc, Literally spent hours multiple times trying to get things to work at all. This WIDI Bud Pro dongle solved them within minutes of plugging it in! It handles both the USB MIDI & the Bluetooth LE duties on it's own, and connected to my synth over Bluetooth within seconds and finally let me get back making music. NO more Windows screwing around trying to figure out what is going on. I'd previously purchased another CME MIDI product and was very happy with that, they seem to have MIDI & Bluetooth figured out! Now no cables or PC nightmare at all to use my new Bluetooth-capable synth. If you are a Windows user, save yourself a HUGE headache and get one of these, I don't regret it at all.

When I bought it, I had Windows 8.1, no issues at all.All 16 channels plus MIDI work beautifully.I love that I can record 16 channels simultaneously. If you want to record stereo, as someone else suggested in their review, just assign 2 channels to the stereo track - perfect!I now have Windows 10 installed and it works better than ever.I am running Pro Tools 11.3.1 on a PC laptop.I can't say enough good about my purchase, you won't find another 16-channel interface near this price, and top quality with rack ears included if needed.

I use it with my Yamaha Disklavier piano to stream midi directly from my phone. Even without Yamaha's own app, it just works right out of the box with the particular apps I've been using to stream.

This is my first Korg product. I got Korg's all 3 white Slim-Line USB MIDI Controllers. It all started with iMS20 app. I needed small sized midi controllers. Korg's Slim-Line was the perfect choice. Lets describe the product: The nanoKEY2: its very light to carry around, and easily fits in any bag. Great when travelling. The unit and the keys are made out of plastic and have a clean solid feel. I was initially afraid the unit might feel like a toy keyboard, but when I got it I was satisfied with it. I must say that in the pictures the keys appear bigger and wider in size, however in reality they are almost finger-width wide. It will take some practice to get used to. The keys are velocity sensitive (also editable using the Korg editor software) and responsive. They do produce a very light click sound when you hit them, but they are not annoying. I have read elsewhere that Korg worked on improving the keys in nanoKEY2 over the previous generation which really sounded as if you were typing on a PC!! Either way, that's fine with me, remember you are using a Slim-Line USB MIDI Controller not a piano!! Finally, there are mini buttons on the right: octave(+/-), pitch(+/-), sustain, and modulation (also editable using the Korg editor software to match your DAW software or music app.)

I needed a MIDI fader -- just one -- to help with the operation of an iPad app (Luminair) that controls LED lighting using DMX. The app is very well thought out, but it can be difficult to dim the Master output without inadvertently hitting another control (like the Black Out Button). Using a MIDI controller for the Master was the solution, and the nanoKONTROL2 was the least expensive option I could find. Bonus -- it has 8 faders plus a bunch of other MIDI controllers and switches. All I needed to make it work was the USB camera connector for iPad. No configuration necessary other than to tell Luminair to learn which knob or fader I am working. Now I can use the Master fader as well as change intensities on 7 other fixtures with those faders. Just what I needed, and then some. For under $ what more could you ask for?

With this app, you can perform any type of midi mapping that comes to mind. There are no limits, especially if you need a live configuration, this software will be like an extension of your brain that will make things simpler and possible.
