[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent product that works as described. However, admin set up procedures to establish an account are most frustrating. Had to called CS twice for help with admin password being constantly rejected. Process to change password equally frustrating since I had a previous account. Had to call CS twice. Download of Nighthawk app using iPhone difficult due to password complications even after password was successfully re-set. 5 |

Unlike the previous review this is a secure device; you can change the admin and user passwords. I have had zero issues with this device and changed the default passwords. 5 |

As usual, Asus has made installation as easy as pie. Enter your SSID, user and password and it just works. If you want to configure in greater depth and for more features just login and enjoy the great web interface. The last Asus Router lasted 11 years, being on all the time. If it is like its predecessor this one will too. (It does not seem to be as warm.) For speed and range this one is so much better than our old one! 5 |

The Aegis Padlock is very easy to set up and use. A quick and simple process allows the user to reset the default PIN/code (i.e., 123456) with a 6-digit PIN of one's choosing. After that was done, the device has been performing flawlessly for me. It starts up quickly and data transfer is very fast. 5 |
