I am so glad I got this! For a small outlay, this dolly has given me such freedom and steadyness in my studio (and on location) for a very small outlay. I paired it up with my Sandford and Davis Pro Vista. I use it mostly in the studio for portraits of various kinds but also on location where the floor will allow. It is very flexable, well made, and has afforded me the ability to move around quickly while maintaining total stability. It is like having a tremendously more expensive camera jib. I dont have to pick the pod up and carry it to a new position, or be concirned with dropping the camera. (I dislike using a strap). I can just move how I want thru the finder. A great buy!! When they said the Arc was a sound bar, I was thinking of something different. This is truly the complete package. With modern recordings, it seems like you don't need anything else. With some classic stuff, I can see where a woofer would be handy. 5 |
