Mind Camera Backpack

I got the 15L after much debate on what would be the perfect size camera backpack for me. Most other ones I looked at were either enormous or too small (I have a small sling that fills that need). Quality: Amazing. Perhaps the most well-made backpack I've ever had. Durable materials, soft interior, magnetic and zip pockets, just really overall great design. Regarding size: The 15L is perhaps SLIGHTLY smaller than I anticipated, I think somewhere around 18L would've been the sweet spot for my needs. In this I can fit basically all my camera gear, but little else. It fits my APS-C, a few lenses, my DJI Mini2 w/ Controller, 13" Macbook Pro, and some random dongles and accessories. Maybe a snack. It's not a huge issue cause I rarely ever pack all that at once, but it happens. Secondly, the straps are a little tight. To be expected on a smaller bag like this, but something to keep in mind if you're a guy with broad shoulders, you'll likely have to loosen the straps close to all the way for it to be comfortable. Would still totally recommend this for someone looking for a smaller backpack, but just a couple things to keep in mind.

I used this in conjunction with a backpack strap clip (Pgytech Beetle Clip) to give me peace of mind when hiking. I've heard the stories of other clips failing and your camera tumbling so I'd figure the extra few grams for this was worth it. Held up fine and even helps calm my nerves when taking photos near steep cliffs near the trail!

Attaches easily to the webbing of backpack straps and is super secure for ease of mind. Pairs perfectly with Peak Design cuff strap. I use with a Z body and 50 1.2 daily.

The one word that comes to mind with the Mindshift Gear Backlight 18L backpack is Quality. Everything about this bag is first rate. As for size, I'm only 5 feet, 5 inches, so I was looking for a bag that would hold my gear, but wouldn't be so long that the bottom of the bag would rest on my tailbone. This bag fits the bill. Also, while not a big bag, it's big enough to hold my Sony mirrorless camera and several lenses.

This backpack is very well made of durable material keeping functionality and comfort in mind. MindShift Gear has created a bag that works great in the field, easy to carry even fully loaded since the weight is carried on your hips. I love the fact that I can swing the bag around to the front of my body to access my gear. Very convenient and keeps the bag off the ground. I haven't taken it on a flight yet, but the size would certainly qualify for a carry-on bag. I chose Woodland Green and really like it.

This company is definitely one of my top 3. Their attention to detail blows my mind. This backpack is all I could want and more. Cough up the money, you won't regret.

So far the best backpack I ever owned. The easy way to access and organise your stuff inside is just mind-boggling. It even feels lighter than other smaller backpacks. There is just one small thing I don't like and that's that the blue version can get easily dirty. Specially if you store it under a seat on a plane. But luckily it can get cleaned with juat one wipe.

Everything from Nomatic seems thoughtfully designed with compression in mind. This collapsible backpack is no exception. Just in time for a trip to the UK, this backpack is able to zip up into its pocket and become super small yet unfurled its super functional as a backpack. Light, well-built, pockets where you need them. Another winner for Nomatic!

In my mind this cable is the only way to connect to our Thinkware camera.
