Minor complaints with the battery life and the fact that it is noisy but those qualms are easy to get over considering how fun and easy to use this thing is. As an advanced videography hobbyist, I love using professional equipment. This Avata drone is no exception. Not ever having used a video drone before, this has been a breeze to learn to fly and use. 4K Video is nothing less than stunning! Easy to use and to maneuver, this drone is perfect for my video needs. The new firmware upgrade to this drone has been widely criticized, but aside from having your phone connected while you fly, the updates are really amazing. Using this drone with the available (free) Gyroflow software, your videos will be as smooth as silk. I use this drone with a 256gb SDXC card. One of the biggest complaints I have is accessing the SDXC card on the drone. Why DJI chose to put in with one of the propellers is beyond me. Removing the card is best achieved by using a small pair of needle nosed pliars. It would be nice if DJI would consider moving the SDXC card slot to an easier-to-access position on the drone. I would recommend purchasing the Arzroic Battery Holder Protector Case for the DJI Goggles V2, so you don't have to deal with the cord running from the battery to the goggles. This device clips onto the headband of the goggles and keeps the cable out of the way. The flight controller is simple to use and works flawlessly. You will certainly want to buy the DJI Avata Fly More kit, along with a couple of extra batteries. I keep four of them charged all of the time. Do be aware that these drone batteries DO NOT retain their charge. Before you fly, you will want to charge them fully. Overall, this drone is well worth the investment and is an absolute blast to fly!

I purchased the DJI Goggles Integra and Controller about two weeks ago. Since then, they have become my favorite way to fly my Mini 3 Pro Drone. The Goggles give you an immersive and panoramic First Person View that makes you feel as if you are actually flying the drone from its cockpit. Coupled with the intuitive controller, I found that learning to fly the drone with the Goggles was much easier than with the standard screen-based DJI controllers. The Goggles and controller, though, are not optimized for taking pictures and video. The camera and gimbal controls are more difficult to use and there is no Cine mode for video. Overall, the Goggles and Motion Controller give you a surreal sense of flying the drone at the cost of some limited photo and video options. In view of the absolute fun they provide, it is a very worthy tradeoff. I love my Goggles.

Initially purchased for Supernatural but have been having a blast with React and Angry Birds. Have been reviewing VR goggles for some time and so glad I finally purchased this set. The goggles have been a hit at game night. We all take turns playing games. They are perfect for any age…even for 50 year olds!

I tried the DJI Goggles Integra Motion Combo with a DJI Mini 3 Pro. I never got used to the motion controller and really wanted to use the Goggles with the DJI RC 2. For me, it wasn't meant to do that. I ended up selling the Goggles Integra Motion Combo and my Mini 3 Pro when the Mini 4 Pro was released. When the DJI Mini 4-compatible Goggles 3 were released, I purchased them from B&H. Well, to say the least, I love the combination of the Mini 4 Pro, RC 2 controller and Goggles 3. The Goggles provide that experience of flying in the Mini 4 Pro and I think it helps make better videos and photos. DJI got it right, for me, this time.
