Mini Pc With Touch Screen Monitor

I use to connect a touch screen monitor to pc. No problems so far, easy to install.

I bought the touch USB c portable monitor for my new mini pc the size of a cell phone. I had to learn quick about the usb c port and usb c cables. The ViewSonic charger powers the mini pc, and the mini pc powers and feeds video to this monitor all via one cable. I looked at many other Chinese made monitor and read many reviews. Very mixed. I decided that I would be better off with a name brand. I siwh the manual gave more detailed and necessary info on usb c cables in case the user need longer or new cables. Not all USB c cables are the same at all. I had to do my own research and learn about the specs of USB c cables. When you use cables other than the ones that came with the monitor, you need to get the right ones. Otherwise, you will have issues. Overall, I am very happy. It looks stylish, comes with all the cables and cover.

I use this to connect my PC to both a monitor and ATEM Mini Switcher.

I use this to control two pc's with one keyboard and mouse and view the screen on one monitor.

Using in SOHO Hi Speed Network for Touch screen Desk PC's, Laptops, etc. where installing a Hi Speed NIC is not a solution. Great for 5G/2.5G/1GbE network speeds. Auto-switching. Using Cat6 cables.

The monitor offers peaking and focus assist. Is a touch screen which you can zoom in for detail.

Purchased this monitor to use with my Mac Mini and I am very happy. Its perfect size for what I need, brightness and contrast is great for the price. Build quality as well. I like the kick stand and the magnetic dust cover, nice little touches. Multi-touch worked right out of the box on my Windows 10 laptop. I did have to install additional software to get the multi-touch functions to work on Mac, but it was painless and I have full functionality as if it were an iPad controlling my PC. I would recommend buying a longer Thinderbolt cable than the 3' that comes with the monitor, that way you have a little more wiggle room for the workstation setup.

This is a part of my step up from a 27 inch screen. It is sharp and the details and colors on my bird photos are superb. One caveat. The DP to DP mini cable I got in the box wouldn't work. The screen was black. My PC is an HP mini workstation. I got an aftermarket HDMI to DP cable and did get a working screen. However, this was not the best solution for full functioning at the best level. I chatted with HP tech support and got a DP to mini DP adapter and connected it to the aftermarket cable. The mini DP port on the PC became functional with this HP adapter.

This is an excellent monitor. I have it mounted in portrait mode and connected to a mini PC for web browsing, email, and PDF viewing.

The Mini Converter UpDownCross HD converter works perfectly. I'm on a PC for video editing and needed to send an output to an older broadcast monitor that only accepts SDI inputs. The HDMI output from the PC graphics card goes to the UpDownCross HD converter and is converted to an SDI signal that is accepted by the video monitor. Dip switches on the side of the UpDownCross HD converter can be configured in many different ways to match the monitor input. It is a simple solution that works great for Premiere Pro and Davinci Resolve.
