The item is compact and snugly fits to the car cigarette lighter socket. There is little extrusion once plugged in so it is also a bit 'difficult' to unplug (i.e. remove) which requires a bit of finger power. Tried to use both USB outlets to charge two devices simultaneously. There is no problem. One needs to know that this charger does not charge if the car is not turned on. 5 |

If you do not want to tether your Nikon Coolpix P1000 to a charger, get one of these. Also can be used with a car cigarette lighter jack and comes with a European plug adapter. 5 |
