Mini Sm58 Microphone

The microphone works great. No problems at all, uch better than the SM58 for vocals. 5 |

This windscreen seems big when you first get it but it fits snugly over the microphone. I use these on my Shure PG58 wireless handheld and SM58 microphones. I have these in different colors so I can easily identify which microphone I'm adjusting through the mixer. There is no loss of audio with the windscreen in place. 5 |

I plugged it into my Shute SM58 microphone and recorded some live guitar playing. It worked great on my Canon 7D. 5 |

I was happy with Shure SM58 until I bought this E845, my second microphone for karaoke The vocal seems much clearer with this E845 5 |

I prefer the e835 over the Shure sm58 both in sound and value. Especially at $15 less per microphone with this 3 pack. I've even converted two of my local bands over to e835 for their live performances based on audience feedback, specifically the vocals in a male rock bands. I primarily use this microphones for podcasts and panel setups. I'm sure I'm be buying more again soon for more clients. 5 |

I purchased this microphone for rehearsals but might end up using for live shows as well. The quality from this mic is outstanding. I have a wireless sm58 as well, but wanted something that I didn’t mind getting dinged up. If you’re looking for something affordable with quality, then this mic is the one to go for. Although the bigger brother sm58 May have a little edge over the sm48, but not much at all. 5 |

I purchased this for my daughter recently to use with an audio interface. The quality of the microphone is on par with the SM58 I am used to, with a great balance in the hand and a nice audio response. This is a rugged piece of equipment with a great pedigree. 5 |

I have been a SM58 user for over 30 years and thought I would never own another mike. A friend told me this was the next last microphone I would ever buy so I thought I would try it out. The phrase blown away came to mind as soon as I spoke through it let alone sing through it. The clarity of this microphone is incredible. Of course I was used to the 58, but I am still so impressed with the sound. The difference it makes with recording is not even comparable. 5 |

This is a great microphone. It does not require an audio interface. Simply plug it to your computer through USB and there you go! It also has an option for monitoring with zero latency. The default microphone sound level is too quite for my listeners. So, I use peace + equalizer combo software to adjust its dB output level (+18dB). I compared to my Rode Mini USB condenser microphone. Q2U had a more natural sounding and rich audio. Rode mini USB sounded little dull (or muffled). However, Q2U has much more ambient noise which requires more editing time at post production. As a teacher, I do not have extra time for that. So, I prefer Rode mini USB for my lecture recordings and I may use Q2U for broadcasting where recording is not a priority. Finally, this info can be useful to some: Q2U doesn't work with Notability on iPad Pro (3rd Gen), Rode Mini USB does. 5 |
