More expensive but more dependable than 3rd party with a little more juice and have a longer life span in my experience. I often supplement these with 3rd party batteries for longer shoots. One thing I noticed that if these are left in Sony A7IV they can discharge. This isn't the fault of the battery. I'd either pull the battery or top up before a job. Cameras today are power hungry. I'd rely on getting at least 1hr per battery filming video. 5 |

I have not used my latest version of this battery; however, I have been using the previous model for years and love it for its life span and the battery check lights on the top side for monitoring power levels. 5 |

Essential for powering my field monitors. Compact, good life span before recharging is needed. Check and charge periodically when not in use. Watson makes a couple of sizes (power output and weight) of these, depending on need. 5 |
