Minimal Camera Backpack

I drop my camera into these pouches, then into a backpack. These fold down to minimal size, so they take little room when not in use. Other uses are for lenses. The canvas version is in like new condition after 5 years use, the leather should last a lifetime.

I was looking for a minimal style camera backpack and this is a perfect option. I was able to fit my camera, one extra lens, and a flash inside. It's not too big, not too small but just enough.

It's a great backpack for minimal travel. I always take it on my trips. It fits my lightweight Aer daily backpack and I'm good to go. Keep in mind that it's quite heavy, so it can be an issue for some people.

This is a very lightweight tripod. I carry it in a backpack where minimal weight is essential. It does that job well. I would rate it fine for occasional use where low weight and portability are big considerations. I don't think it would hold up under heavy daily use. It is really very good at the price for what it is.

I have the older version of this backpack, without the extra zippered pocket on the front. I have had it for almost four years now, and it has been with me everywhere. There are minimal signs of wear, and even those are in unproblematic places. I manage to fit my Nalgene in the side pocket, and carry a lot of things in this small bag. The pockets are great, it is simple, and extremely durable. I highly recommend.

I bought Everyday Backpack - Black / 30. The design is so minimal and it looks great. I was worried about the size, but 30L is still good for me to use for everyday. I am taking Metro, so the design is good. However, the outside is easy get dirty and there is no outside pocket. I will need to use the inner side pockets more.

A compact, stable stand that fits in a backpack and does the job. The materials are robust with minimal plastic, giving the stand a confident weight. I have owned many nano stands, and this one is the best by far. It is limited in height, but so long as you are not using a boom and do not need to go too high, it is a must-have for the traveling audio engineer.

I am switching to Godox because it work with all my different camera brand with minimal investment.
