I saw a review of this on a photo blog I follow. When I saw it, I wasn't sure that it could stand up to the weight advertised. I had just bought a Sigma 18-35mm f1.A Art lens (which is super heavy) and was impressed that it could hold that new lens on my D7000. I plan to use it for video work that I do as I won't always need to lug a tripod around. Lastly, the ball head is very strong. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids have a blog, so I mainly used this for VoiceOver’s and I have to say I love the style of this Mic we mounted ours on an arm and it works great, And was super easy to do. This is Mic is bigger than the ones we are used to using, but I was very pleased of the software and how well it got rid of all the background noises without having to edit the clip- Having four kids running around, really makes for a lot of background noise so this is an awesome feature for us  5 |

I use this camera for my YouTube Channel, which is a bit of a video blog. It has a great picture for that, the sound is great, as I connect a mic to it. It suits my needs. 5 |

I have a blog and do my own food photography for it and this is necessary to get nice overhead shots. It is very well built, easy to use, and mounts comfortably on my tripod and camera. Sometimes the mounting mechanism for the camera can be tricky to get it to latch properly so DON'T LET GO of your camera before you know it is secure and locked in place. 5 |
