This stand was exactly what I was looking for and was exactly as advertised. It is well engineered, every went together just as it should. No missing parts, no threaded bolts, nothing that made me say, oh man... I like the way it looks and is a solid stand, so you don't have to worry about it toppling over.

Samsung has the best products hands down. I have the phone, watch, and earbuds and they all been great to me.

I had a Samsung Galaxy 5, old I know, and got this one as soon as it came out. I love it. Easy to use, love the camera, great sound. Love everything about it! I am OLD and it was so easy to get used to!

I just received the package. Received the desktop was as described, noting no missing thing. I checked the all parts and compared them to the description from B&H where I order it. The only problem was the delivery guy from FedEx. Except that, the desktop PC looks and performs great as expected.

After reading tons of glowing reviews I finally bought an R12, top shelf and base shelf.� The cart arrived in a damaged box and was missing parts. The top shelf looked like it had been returned and was also missing parts.� They were quick to send me the missing parts.�� Maybe the design has been revised but the top shelf went on easily for me and wasn't of a poor design as so many had said.� The bottom shelf leaves some to be desired. I do not like how some of the little swinging holding plates require unorthodox tighening (gripping threads with pliers and using a box end wrench) and one couldn't be tightened at all due to the design.� Also note that once either of the shelves are attached the cart can no longer be folded down unless you remove the shelves. Not a problem for me as I plan to leave it fully assembled all the time and haul in van. I love the lightweight, no flat wheels/tires. If you are buying this for transport in a smaller vehicle such as a car then I can see why the loose assembly would work pretty well assembling and tearing it down every trip. Now that I've used in on a couple video production jobs I must say overall I love the cart. One of the plastic cover knobs has already broken off leaving exposed metal but it's not a big deal.� Working on some mild mods to attach other gear to it now.� It really makes life easier. Glad I got it and despite my initial skepticism must say that the cart is indeed a great tool. Hard to believe I've gone so many years without one!

I would highly recommend this studio camera stand! I bought this for our professional studio, and it is a perfect fit. I've seen other reviews with bad comments about missing parts, but we were not missing parts. In fact, it was very easy to put together as it obviously didn't not come fully assembled. The only minus with this stand is you need to be careful with moving it with a camera on it. For the most part, it is VERY sturdy for a smaller camera stand. We've had just a few instances where if a heavy camera and lens was attached, and we moved it around the studio a certain way, the center of gravity was a little off and it could have fallen over. It never has fallen, but it is one thing to consider. Having said that, I still give it five stars, because it is very sturdy, fast and professionally constructed.
