Models Of Sony Mirrorless Cameras

With the shift to mirrorless cameras largely complete, the dSLR is now yesterday's technology. I bought the D850 for its excellent sensor performance, rugged build and compatibility with my wide range of Nikon F-mount lenses going back to early AI models. Unlike the new generation of Nikon mirrorless cameras, the D850 (along with the also excellent and slightly more recent D780 as well as older models) can focus my D series AF lenses that require an in-camara-body motor. The D850 has been around since 2017 and its many merits have been reviewed many times. Some features like video performance and live view focus capability have been surpassed by newer cameras, but they remain perfectly usable. Same goes for remote connectivity, but again entirely usable. Image quality remains top of the line. I enjoy using mirrorless cameras a lot, but there is something to be said for an optical view of your subject. There's no stopping the move to mirrorless, and no need to, but I know I'll be using my D850 for a long time to come.

As a users of Fuji mirrorless cameras know, spare batteries are essential as the battery life on models such as the x-e1 can be pretty short. Fuji's own batteries are rather pricey and this is a good alternative.

Recently purchased Sony A6000. Although I have Canon and Nikon Dslr cameras .. I've always been intrigued with mirrorless cameras. With a lot of positive reviews on A6000 .. I decided it was time to see what all the mirrorless chatter is about. Although I've only had camera a few weeks .. I really enjoy using it. It takes sharp photos .. fast focusing .. light/small enough to carry around with me. I can easily see me using A6000 more and more .. leaving my Dlsr(s) at home. In my opinion I can take as good or better photos with A6000....

Sony a7IV mirrorless camera Will be one of the best cameras manufactured in the world today.

I've used this on Canon 5d and Sony A7s series cameras for 8 years as well as other models. Great thing is as you move from camera to camera, you don't have to keep buying new cages and throwing out the old ones which only worked for 1 model. Because the pieces are all separate you can optimize the configuration for your camera and how you use it. I use this cage with follow focuses and have had no real issues with slippage despite lack of anti-twist pins on most cameras . I mount Atomos and SmallHD monitors, shotgun mics, indipro LPE6 dual battery holders, and HDMI locks. Rock solid. Small Rig has a full range of accessories. Enough 3'8 and 1/420 holes so that there is never really an issue with attachments getting blocked. You can get taller or shorter cheese rods to adjust to your camera height also. Also great for hand held shots.

Fine example of engineered design and manufacture. This case is designed for two Sony cameras and no more models or camera manufacturers. Too many many cases are today portrayed as suitable for a multitude of cameras and are actually suitable for none. Excellent and completely suitable for the two models - well worth the cost.
