Modern Day String Instruments

Mouse is one of the modern instruments most of us use most during the day, and incredibly enough not much thought in terms of ergonomic design is given by manufacturers. This mouse is excellent. I used to have minor pains after prolonged usage, until I found this mouse.. Hope more manufactures start giving more serious thoughts to mouses. I know the price is high, but how much is a healthy right hand / arm worth?

I use this mic to record string and wind (brass mostly) instruments.  The different patterns make it effective in a variety of spaces depending on whether you want to reject other sounds or include reflections.  Versatile and great sound quality.

This mic sounds very nice for vocals, plucked string instruments, and woodwind instruments (at least that's what I've tried it on). I highly recommend it!

I'm amazed that people still get excited when the see a carbon boom. I just finished a two day concert with a string quartet and the K tek booms were the hit of the crew.

Perfect bag for a 1-5 day trip. Or use it to schlep pro recording equipment Or instruments or anything in. On your back of course. I didn’t see any scratches or dents. Maybe a scuff on the bottom, but I might have caused that putting it on the floor. Outstanding!

As an old music lover born in the early 60's I am no great expert in modern day technology. However even a person as limited as I was able to very easily set up my two play 5's and Sub. The ease of use is great and the sound quality is even better. I love my new Sonos system, I think it is a brilliant product.

This is a classic & easy to use meter updated to be even better. The Cell is a modern amorphous silicon photocell & it still has the advantage of no battery to run down. one reviewer complained that the current case has no storage for the accessory Lumidisc & Lumigrid spheres. That bothered me too so I took a chance on a Lowepro Ridge 10 Mini Camera Case. It works well but not quite perfect. The actual meter is just a bit tight in the pouch but it will fit. Even better it has a front zipper pocket which takes the two accessory disks just right. It also hangs well around the neck on an included strap. One other thing. This is a STUDIO meter. By it's nature it needs a decent level of light such as in studio or outdoors to read. It is not suitable for very dark lighting, nor does it have lots of exotic accessories. It is a solid reliable day to day meter without the inconvenience of batteries. If it fits your uses buy one. They were & are a pleasure to use day after day.

Great easy to use good audio quality. The receiver mount is to large for the modern day camcorders.

As with most new modern electronic equipment that you have never used before, sometimes there's a learning curve when it does not work as planned. So you send Roland tech support your query and wait a day for their reply or if you bought it from B&H Photo you call them and have your answer in just moments. I have no complaints about Roland other than it takes a day or two when you need answers now you have B&H there to help.
