Modern Glass Desks With Drawers

Lets me use some old glass on modern cameras and keeps the stop down functionality.

Great for desks!

Yo can get many lenses , I shoot a plethora of vintage glass... Sometimes the modern optics are worthy. This Batis lens is in this class. Try the weather sealed auto focus or as I do shoot in manual. Again ... a superb lens.

Looks clean, modern and sharp! Glad I went with a glass stand like this as opposed to something opaque, it makes my work space seem bigger.

One thing about using old glass on a modern DSLR is the worry of all that unsupported weight hanging off a nice modern lightweight body. The #293 fixes that completely, simply and with the added bonus of moving the balance point to where it belongs, giving the ball head a whole new feel. Build quality is astounding for the bucks and the one size fits all adjustment is great. The weight IS a factor, so try before you buy But, you won't cure that for this sort of money. Titanium any time you like Mr. Manfrotto! Buy a spare plate with it if you don't have one, to speed up changeover.

Canon filters had a bad reputation until recently. The current generation of Canon filters uses great glass and has Canon's modern lens coatings. The new fileters definately hold their own when compared to some of the most expensive brand flters out there. I keep a protect filter on each of my lenses for protection knowing that it will not degrade the image quality.

This is an excellent red dot sight for a modern rifle. The red circle is a big plus! The only consideration is the height. It's too tall to co-witness the backup (iron) sights through it's glass should the red dot shut down. A Torx tool is needed to remove this sight. I also got a Vortex red dot sight that's low enough to see the backup sights right in the middle of it's glass. But I love the Holosun red circle. I'll update when I decide which works best for my needs.

I have purchased these twice now for my desks at work and they sound great!

I get these for my staff, but I don't have one yet. I like to use it when I'm fixing concerns at the desks that have them. Guess who's getting one next!
