It only took a few minutes to assemble and position these stands. I use them for my computer's M-AUDIO studio monitor speakers. Since I installed the stands, I've been wondering why I didn't buy them sooner. The sound is so much better having the speakers at the right height. 5 |

For the price of $99, these are great little speakers for my studio. I am not an audio aficionado by any means, but they seem like the best speakers for me with the options to connect with XLR or 1/4 plug and the ability to make adjustments to outputs. You can adjust your output from the speaker then control it from your soundboard. I was hesitant to buy but I'm pleased. 5 |

I recently purchased the Kali Lone Pine Studio Monitor V2 speakers and I am blown away by their performance. The sound quality is crystal clear and the bass response is impressive. The compact size makes them perfect for my home studio, but they pack a punch that can easily fill a larger room. The build quality is top-notch and they look great on my desk. I highly recommend the Kali Lone Pine Studio Monitor V2 speakers to anyone in need of an upgrade to their studio setup. 5 |

I always wanted to get studio speakers since only studio speakers provide clear and accurate audio experience. And JBL LSR306P is exactly what needed to achieve this sound quality (specially in this price category). 5 |

The best studio monitors at this price level, PERIOD. They produce sound accurately and clearly for film and music production. The response is flat enough where it counts and they combo as great speakers for enjoying any kind of entertainment partnered with a sub. I use them every day, and I couldnt be happier. Ive used plenty of monitors, and these are my go tos at my home studio and at the office. HOW THEY COMPARE They arent as clear and flat as the Yamaha HS5s but they have much clearer lows and mids, lacking that tinny quality and sound more accurate to how people enjoy entertainment without sacrificing clarity. They arent as bass heavy KRK Rokit 5G3s, but they also arent as muddy as the KRK Rokit 5G3s and have a much clearer treble response. They kill the M-Audio BX8s in every single way—the BX8s are muddy, dull, and hard to listen through. Terrible, really, do not buy M-Audio for accurate audio, and Id say the same thing for the Mackie CR4s. The Presonus Eris E8s just arent it either. The only opponent Id say these have are the Adam Audio A7Xs, which have a much lower bass frequency response and a much more accurate high response, and are just the best monitors Ive ever used all around. The thing is, the Adam Audio A7Xs are $750 EACH. You can often pick these up for less than $250 a pair. So just do it. Buy the LSR305Ps now. Save up. These are the speakers youve always wanted and youve never heard anything like them. What are you even waiting for? 5 |

I needed a monitor controller for my studio for two pairs of speakers and a couple of inputs. As much as some of the functionality of active monitor controllers appeals to me, the sound quality is first and foremost. And we all know that unless you spend $3k - $10k most active systems severely color your sound - a little more than my current budget. I wasn't sure what to expect with this affordable passive controller however, after spending a few weeks with it I can say without a doubt that it is a great addition to my studio. I hear no coloration or change to the stereo sound field. The Mute, Dim, and Mono sum functions are really handy. And the build quality feels good under your hand. My only complaint is that it would be nice if the knob travel was detented for repeatable levels. Two Big Thumbs Up! 5 |

These monitor speakers, although pricy, are very well suited to mixing and editing in protools for a studio either at home or in a formal studio setting. They are transparent with a very flat sound that does not emphasize any particular aspect of the frequency spectrum. Flat sound as used here is a good thing. The bass is surprisingly strong in my editing room which only about 8' x 10'. I did add a subwoofer for frequencies below 50Hz. The highs are exceptionally clear and the midrange very smooth. These speakers are very easy on the ears even after several hours editing. I highly recommend them. I use them mainly to edit recording of live theatrical musical performances. 5 |

Simple and rock solid studio monitor knob! If you own multiple studio speakers. This is a must! Mackie does its job as always! 5 |

Performs exactly as described. It delivers the audio from my Mac to external monitor speakers. Great sound and a breeze to connect. 5 |

Full disclosure, these are my first audio monitor speakers so I have no direct comparison. That said, I do usually use my home theater audio to check final products and edit with Beyerdynamic DT700 ProX headphones so I feel like I know good sound when I hear it. The difference in using my iMac audio for reference when editing vs these is night and day. I can't believe I waited so long to invest in proper audio monitor speakers. I think the most notable thing about these is how full they sound. They are not large speakers but they provide sound that seems to come from inside my brain. great balance between lows and highs. the bass is definitely defined without being muddy or drowning out mids. trebles are equally clear and easy to notice without any harshness. The only negative aspect with these is the subtle hiss they emit when turned on. I'm told this is normal and it's just what you get at this price point for powered audio monitors. After only two weeks I'm getting used to it and I turn off the speakers when not in use. When using them actively, the hiss is too quiet to hear and doesn't interfere with my work, but it's worth knowing. 5 |
