The Best monitor I ever owned, excellent quality and 240Hz is amazing for gaming. Nice for Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently upgraded to the Samsung 32” Odyssey OLED G8 Gaming Monitor, and the difference is nothing short of spectacular. The color quality is awesome, thanks to the OLED technology. Unlike normal LED screens that go to a dark gray when displaying black, this monitor achieves true black by turning the pixels all the way off. This contrast creates a more vivid and immersive viewing experience. The HDR support further enhances the color, making games and videos look even more lifelike. The monitor itself is massive compared to my old one, which means I can only run one monitor due to the size of my desk. But honestly, with a screen this impressive, I don't feel like I need a second monitor. One of the standout features is the 240Hz display. This high refresh rate lets my new beefy computer perform at its best, allowing for up to 240 frames per second. My old monitor could only handle 144Hz, so the jump to 240Hz has made gaming incredibly smooth. The difference in gameplay is noticeable, especially in high-impact games where graphics are a key selling point. The monitor also comes with its own USB output, which is super handy for plugging in a charger directly. Another great feature is the onboard media center, allowing me to install apps like Netflix and stream shows with the same stunning color quality and fidelity. Overall, gaming on the Samsung 32” Odyssey OLED G8 is a dream. The combination of true black, HDR support, and 240Hz refresh rate makes every game look better and run smoother than ever before. Love this monitor. I bought the Samsung G7 before buying this one. I’m so glad the G7 kept glitching, because if it hadn’t I would not have known that I made a mistake. This monitor is superior in so many ways. The depth in the colors is amazing. Definitely does not flicker and it’s 2 inches bigger than the G7. By this one with confidence, I only wish it had more of a true RGB. It does have a projection type light.

It is hard to get a good quality 240hz monitor for a decent price but this monitor was the perfect fit for me.

I was stuck between this and the AW2725df but ultimately chose this monitor due to the price point and a past good experience with MSI monitors. I must say, this monitor is a massive step up from my previous 1080p 240hz. As more of a competitive FPS player, I do not see how this monitor could be any better. Super clear, colors are amazing, build quality is better than expected, overall I am super satisfied with my purchase. OLED is on a whole new level compared to TN, VA, or IPS. Anyone looking to step up their experience no any game should look no further than MSI's 271qrx or the 321urx. Easily the best monitors for the price. This is a definite buy. 32" is the perfect size for 4K and the OLED anti glare screen is a true game changer. Makes gaming in a bright room super comfortable. Def top tier monitor.
