Monitor Has Faint Vertical Lines

Well they didnt lie when they said zero distortion. Vertical lines stay vertical. The only issue of sorts is heavy vignetting but I find it easy to clear up. Well worth the money.

Absolutely loving this Cine 13. Beautiful panel (albeit crunchy as with most SmallHDs). On SmallHD 1303s I had noticed a faint diagonal pattern on the panel, and the Cine 13 has none of that. Very solid construction, feels like it'll be as durable as I need it to be on set. The ARCA Swiss dovetail on the back is handy. Many many mounting points for various accessories. I particularly love the cheese rail on the bottom of the monitor - handy for mounting my focus hand unit. And I love how thin the monitor is on the whole. My only REAL gripe with it is the new joystick / style - the joystick is recessed into a rotating wheel. The wheel can be used to scroll through most things (which is great) but when I need to use the joystick it can be hard to move directionally without clicking the center / enter button. Small insignificant gripes: the standard screen protector has some thin plastic pieces that feel like they will break easily. There's a small sliding door on the front of the monitor that also feels thin and fragile. There's a pattern (solely aesthetic) in the front face's plastic on the lower right that imitates a speaker grate, but is easily marred because it's so fine. The fan on the back of the monitor makes a faint warbly whirring sound. But overall, absolutely loving this monitor!

If you're of the mind to produce creative images, the concept of vertical and horizontal lines sometimes has to go out the window. The Tokina lens does just that. I wanted something that gave 180 degrees of view, but was wider that my Sigma 16mm f2.8. I tested the lens this morning right after UPS delivered it. I then took the test images, loading them into Photoshop Elements v14, and examined them at 100%. I expected curvi-linear lines, and got them in spades. Light came from directly behind, and the colors were well saturated, but not overly so. It's being used on a D500, and focus was near instantaneous. This is not a $2K fisheye, and I'm not expecting that type of performance, but it does perform above its price point. It's light, and will compliment my lens battery perfectly. Well done, Tokina

I love this for my on camera cable.. I have server lines out of the camera. I love this one for my on board monitor. I can adjust the monitor in an infinite of ways without the cable clutter you'd expect. Love it...

this monitor is bananas. great colors for a VA. no flickering. no dead pixels. no lines like the G8 is flawed with. HDR is legit. the curve doesnt take much getting used to if you already use a 1500 or 1800R monitor. hits 165hz ezpz. AAA titles look amazing.

Works as advertised, nice and heavy metal, clean lines and not over designed. looks really nice with my UltraWide monitor and Klipsch promedia. Branding is not intrusive. Does not sag when holding my audiotechnica m50s.

The ink gives crisp lines.

This is a great, affordable monitor. Love that it fully rotates so you can use it in vertical position, and that the height is adjustable. I was pleasantly surprised to see an HDMI cable included in the box since that wasn't listed in the description. I only wish the ports were located along the side of the monitor instead of on the bottom--they're a bit hard to access. Overall, though, it's been fantastic and made a world of difference in working from home.

Great monitor and easy to calibrate using xRite. Fully adjustable height, tilt and even vertical. Nice alternative monitor.
