Monitor Has Horizontal Lines Moving Vertically

The two batteries go in vertically, when my previous ones were horizontal. (That threw me off for a second).

The four USB 3.O ports are aligned vertically which allows for more ports, than say one with horizontal ports.

This horizontal docking station is easy to use and is a better design than the units where the drive is mounted vertically. I've had two other vertical docking stations and they both quit working after light use.

When I purchased this head I thought it would be the perfect panoramic device for my 4/3 Lumix. It almost was. Couple of stupid things: the vertical separations are 15 degrees, the horizontal separations are 30 degrees. The camera is oriented vertically so that with a 50 mm equivalent lens, the horizontal separations cannot be used! They should have done the opposite, more separations horizontally than vertically. The second thing is that at least vertically you cannot set the angle other than in the pre-sets. Couple of fixes: - I altogether removed the screw to tighten the detents for the horizontal panning and taped over the hole with electrical tape against dust. Problem solved. - An undocumented feature of this head is that you can just take apart the horizontal and vertical arms, flip over the silver washer (the one with the angle marks), put the arms back together, and the detents are gone. You'll see why when you look at the washer. With these 2 changes, this is the perfect-enough pano arm. The only complaint I have left is that I have to use a separate bubble level for adjustment. Not a big deal. Finally, I wish I had purchased the cr-30c, because I would just then leave the arca-swiss plate on all the time...

I use this to vertically mount my two displays. WIth the advent of 16:9 aspect ratios going across the horizontal axis of my two displays became rather long. With this stand I arranged them vertically reducing my travel time between them considerably. I was concerned upon ordering this because of my 20+ years using two monitors next to each other. However, I was delighted that I adapted quite easily and regained a good deal more landscape on my desk. Design allows great ability to position the displays as you like and need. Recommended for its function, ease of set up and aesthetics of design.

If you're of the mind to produce creative images, the concept of vertical and horizontal lines sometimes has to go out the window. The Tokina lens does just that. I wanted something that gave 180 degrees of view, but was wider that my Sigma 16mm f2.8. I tested the lens this morning right after UPS delivered it. I then took the test images, loading them into Photoshop Elements v14, and examined them at 100%. I expected curvi-linear lines, and got them in spades. Light came from directly behind, and the colors were well saturated, but not overly so. It's being used on a D500, and focus was near instantaneous. This is not a $2K fisheye, and I'm not expecting that type of performance, but it does perform above its price point. It's light, and will compliment my lens battery perfectly. Well done, Tokina

I am running the camera cables inside pvc. All the horizontal lines are inside the walls. Just finishing the outlets inside the storage room , where a monitor and NVR is set up. Soon will be able to watch it remotely. Will have 6 Lorex and 2 WIFI. The night light sensor is working nice.

I used to just mount my camera vertically by moving the mount on my camera cage with good results. This mount makes balancing quick and easy.

No moving parts, so nothing to get dusty! the horizontal and vertical scroll surface is awesome, and the software that runs it (at least in MacOS 10.6.7) is brilliant - it includes an inertia function, which allows the page to keep scrolling a little while slowing down after you lift your finger

I've never had a pro tripod and I'm thrilled I do now. I love the stem moving to horizontal for macro shots. It's a little heavy but so solid I can't complain.
