Monitor Hertz Test

I don't have any fancy test equipment but it works for y 4k monitor just fine.

I initially purchases one of these to test out as I have tried other monitor desk stands. I loved it so much I bought 2 more for my other monitors. This is built very sturdy, heavy materials and was so easy to set up, barely had to read the instructions. It came with ample size screws and spacers to be sure to fit different types of monitors. All in all LOVE LOVE LOVE this product and can't recommend it enough!

I really haven't had time to thoroughly test out this monitor. What I can say is: 1) I've profiled it and it the contrast & color look good enough to edit on. 2) It's better than the 2 x 24 Dell I was using which was red biased 3) The price was unpassable. I've been using 24 and 40 monitors and this one profiles close enough.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this monitor and ill always buy samsung monitors after seeing wht this one is capable of. I have a 3 screen pc setup and i bough one to test out and i did more than test it out i use 3 now because of how i loved the first one.

For anyone starting to print on Canon printers, this is the paper to start with. 'Almost' any image once prepared (and suitable) for print looks good on this paper. It has a nice ICC profile, a reasonable thickness, dries quick and a great pop with a nice balance of shine without being too glossy. Blacks have room on this paper to express themselves. Bill Atkinson's widely circulated test print came out perfect on it first time, and matched well against my calibrated monitor. In case you are not able to color calibrate your monitor, then turn down its brightness and any special modes on the monitor and view the test print on screen. If possible also best to view in a room with daylight (5400k). In the distant past, I printed (developed) many thousands of prints in the darkroom, personally and commercially, mostly in black and white - and obtained a very sensitive appreciation of tonality and detail. I am finding a great joy in returning to making my own prints again, and the full circle experience of it. I am also looking at making my own frames as well. I feel no need to return to film, as the modern technology has advanced so much. Making our own prints makes us better photographers, particularly when expanding our repertoire of paper types, and at least for myself, I find that I am reflecting more when photographing how it will look on print.

The test data using CINEBENCH is not for the casual PC user. The HWINFO64 was used to monitor during the 10 minutes the program was running. Highest temp on any of the 16 cores was 72.7C. This was using Noctua's largest twin tower air cooler with two 140MM fans. I was an aerospace packaging engineer by trade and thermal considerations have always been a major concern of mine.
