Monoprice Mini Displayport To Hdtv Cable

The cable I bought previously to connect my Pentax X-5 to an HDTV turned out to be an HDMI to HDMI mini cable. This would not fit the HDMI port on my camera. The HDMI mini to HDMI micro adapter solved the problem. I can now view what the camera is seeing on my 40-inch HDTV.

I was thoroughly impressed with the clarity of the video. I used a mini hdmi cable directly from the camcorder to a 52" HDTV, and the picture looked as crisp as any HD channel. It gives home videos a very professional and cinematic feel. Recommend going with Class 10 SDHC for full HD recording at 24 or 30mb/s.

On my mac mini 2018 with a 4k monitor, I swapped an HDMI to HDMI cable with this thunderbolt to displayport cable. Huge difference! Before, the entire display was sluggish and unresponsive. Now, the picture is sharp, and the UI is smooth and responsive.

Works great. It's an Apple product, and it's pretty much the only way to be sure that you're ordering a Thunderbolt 2 cable in the mini-DisplayPort form factor. I needed to connect two old MacBook Airs, and this made it possible.

We purchased this cable for use with a new monitor. We've never used a Mini DisplayPort connection before, but it is working well with no issues whatsoever. When adding a new computer to my set up, I needed a mini-DisplayPort-to-mini-DisplayPort cable to connect the computer to my existing monitor. When shopping for the cable, I found a number that were 1/3 the price, but they all said that they didn't completely met the spec. The B&H cable description proudly announced that the cable exceeds the spec. And, as always, the part I ordered arrived on time.

It is very useful to extend a Windows 10 laptop with a USB-C video output to two external 1920x1080 or 1920x1200 monitors along with other wired USB Type-A accessories like a keyboard and mouse. To have two external monitors, you must have Windows (not a Mac) and you must use the Mini DisplayPort output for one of the monitors with a cable that connects directly to a Mini DisplayPort or DisplayPort input on a monitor. Also, make sure that you connect it to a USB-C port on your laptop that supports video output. I have a laptop that uses the integrated graphics of an i7-8550U Intel processor connected to 2 HP 2415U 1920x1200 monitors, one using HDMI and the other using the Mini DisplayPort to DisplayPort cable that comes with the monitor, and it works great. This allows you to have a 3-display setup at work (including the laptop display) that only requires a single cable to connect and disconnect your laptop as you start and end your work day. It was 4 stars for me because all of this was not obvious and required some research and experimentation on my part, but now it is 5 stars now that I know how to use it for 3 displays. This is a strong and sturdy cable that is not too stiff. Monoprice hasn’t disappointed me so far.

Same quality as the cable from Monoprice... even the bag looks the same just without the Monoprice logo. Works great in our gigabyte network.

It's a Mini DisplayPort to DVI-I Adapter. It either works or doesn't. Mine does. Hooray technology!
