I am enjoying my Marshall Over-ear Monitor II A.N.C headphones. Lots O'padding, comfortable when I wear my glasses. The Noise cancelling feature is really awesome. 5 |

Over the ear headphones reduce ambient noise. Sound quality is very good for mono headphones. 5 |

I personally don’t get on with in-ear headphones. Over-ear seem too cumbersome as I use mine mainly on dog walks and need to carry them in my pocket sometimes. The Major IV seem to offer the best of both worlds. They are on-ear, yet deliver a really good sound. The design is simple and different to most other headphones available. The battery life is astonishing. I’ve had mine for two weeks now and still haven’t needed to charge them. Really, really pleased with them. 5 |

Over the years I have gone through many headphones almost all of which broke. The head band broke or one of the ear pieces broke off. These are extremely well made and virtually unbreakable. More importantly, it has superb sound able to pick up from the lowest frequency to the highest! The sound is very rich, full and clear. Love them! 5 |

I recently got my hands on the AKG K371 Over-Ear Oval Closed-Back Studio Headphones and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed. The sound quality is outstanding, rivaling my higher-priced Sennheiser headphones. The AKG K371 delivers clear, balanced audio, making it an excellent choice for both casual listening and studio work. The design of the headphones is another highlight. With a sleek and smooth aesthetic, they not only provide comfort for extended listening sessions but also add a touch of style. The build quality feels robust, ensuring these headphones can withstand the rigors of daily use. However, it's worth noting that the AKG K371 headphones do not offer significant sound isolation from external noise. While this may not be a deal-breaker for everyone, it's an important consideration if you're planning to use them in noisy environments. 5 |

Aesthetics: 5/5 Sound Quality: 4.5/5 Comfort: 4/5 Sustainability: 4.5/5 Awesome looking, great sounding headphones. Sound quality is close to higher end models — probably the best you could expect for this style and price point. Very comfortable when first put on. Somewhat less comfortable, though still pretty good, after a couple hours of use. I attribute this drop in comfort to a smaller ear cup size and less padding than larger over-the-ear models. Probably an inevitable trade off in trying to make a smaller, less bulky product. Like the use of fsc wood and recycled aluminum, both in terms of style and sustainability. The headphones definitely appear to have some plastic/synthetic materials too though (headband cover, ear pads, etc.). The HOM website says they use some recycled plastic/silicone, which is okay-ish but comes with its own set of environmental and social issues. Hopefully they will eventually find a way to entirely eliminate plastics/synthetics from their products. Another thing that could be improved upon in terms of sustainability is the battery. There should ideally be a way to easily replace and recycle it when it eventually wears out. For that matter, it would be great if HOM would take back all its products at the end of their life and recycle all the components to the extent possible. Aluminum, steel and batteries can be recycled indefinitely. All in all, a solid effort to make a quality, eco friendlier product. 5 |

My wife struggled with in the ear and over the head style headphones. I let her borrow my shokz, but they did not function as well with her hair. The new over the ear design is the perfect solution for her. 5 |

I absolutely love these for running! The open-ear style headphones feel more comfortable and safe than others I've used and it doesn't sacrifice sound at all. I am a smaller person and I got the mini which fit perfectly. I've been telling everyone that these are a game-changer! 5 |

I really don't like IEMs and on or over ear headphones get uncomfortable due to the heat/sweaty earcups etc. I was using pixel buds because I enjoy truly wireless headphones and then these were released. I daily drive these, for hours at a time, they're very comfortable and I am so happy with them. I hope this truly wireless ear-speaker style becomes really popular and we start getting lots of competition because this is by far my favorite style of headphones and I want it to never go away! 5 |
