This is an amazing lens. I've been waiting for this to be in stock for months. It was definitely worth the wait! The sharpness is unreal and the focusing is pretty reliable. This lens is quite bulky and heavy, so probably won't be coming with me on backpacking trips.

I've heard so many great things and good reviews about this glass and I have not been disappointed. Best lens I own. The only downside is that its not cheap. But I guess the best never is.

I waited months for this to show back up in stock, and it was worth the wait! I saw a YouTube review from Jeven Dovey praising it's performance and once it became available I jumped on it. He was right...the sound quality is remarkable, and the ease of connectivity without wires on my Sony A7C is a welcome addition. It is expensive but well worth it!
