I have been using a Panasonic Camera the FZ-80 and pretty pleased with the results.� However, I wanted to move up to a full-frame digital camera.� The Sony A7 ii is just above $1,000 and Consumer Reports gave it a great rating.� Didn't want to deal with the cost of buying a bunch of new lenses though.� So I remembered that I had a ton of lenses that worked on my old reliable Minolta X-700 film camera.� With the help of the B&H representative, I ordered this adapter and it snapped right onto my Minolta lenses tightly.� Then went to a local camera shop and they let me connect it to a working Sony A7 ii body.� They showed me how to use the Sony focus peaking feature with the lens.� Yes, it works, yes!� Got old Minolta lenses of value?� Then get this adapter!� With the Sony A7 iii coming out, I will buy the Sony A7 ii, when the price drops soon.
