I've been using Microsoft Surface laptops for personal and business use for years, and I've got no complaints. I like my hardware and software to be made by the same company so there's less bloatware. I don't use the laptop to game, edit videos, or anything intensive. (Unless you count having multiple tabs of Google Chrome open.) The machine runs smoothly. No complaints there. The angular metal exterior looks and feels great. It says professional without being as boxy as a ThinkPad.

I had two laptops that were no more than three years old and after the upgrade to Microsoft windows 11 they just seem to slow down. The simple fix was to put two of these drives in the two computers and then clean load Microsoft windows 11 - 64 bit The difference was unbelievable it was almost like a totally different computer and also with a new operating system. These are such a wonderful set of drives and do just fine performance and affordability

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most laptops these days don’t have a vga port anymore, making it hard to run an external monitor...This adapter works nicely to do just that. Being driverless means you don’t have to worry about installing anything...Simply plug and play...Do wish the cord was a little longer, but not a deal breaker...It does its job and the picture is just as good.

What is there to say? Most laptops can be pretty expensive to replace in the first two years (especially higher-end ones), so having an insurance plan makes sense to me; you never know what can happen.

Not much to say about this adapter. It was inexpensive. It works as advertised to connect USB-A/B to USB-C or Thunderbolt. Most new laptops have only one or maybe two USB-A/B ports, and several USB-C/Thunderbolt ports. If you are using older peripherals, you need these adapters to connect. They are much less expensive than buying new, hard to find cables with different connectors.

Most organizations have an HDMI plug for presentations, and there are hubs for both USBC and USBA for power and different thumb drives. A must-have for making presentations and for personal use away from the office.

MOST ALL OLDER LAPTOPS, DESKTOPS AND ANY OTHER ELECTRONICS ONLY HAVE USB INPUT/OUTLETS AND DON'T HAVE TYPE C PORTS.
