Most Secure Indoor Home Security Camera

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a good indoor security camera for our home. And liked ecobee indoor security camera because of its sleek design and useful features. Now, the one thing that I don't have to worry about is home security, when we are away. Setting it up was such a breeze. Quick and easy to assemble. Its lightweight, and can be fixed on wall or placed on a flat surface for monitoring. My favorite feature is the smart focus feature, which recognizes when a moving person enters the frame and adjusts camera's focus to keep them front and center as they move. I love the ease and convenience of its control via Ecobee app on my phone. Now, I can see whats happening at my home from anywhere.

This is much better than the systems I had previously (Google WiFi, Linksys Velop, Netgear Orbi). I have an old 1940’s home filled will plaster walls and the Netgear Orbi AC3000 version 1 was the best at sending 2.4 and 5GHz through the walls. While the other systems lacked the horsepower to get through the plaster walls. The Netgear just worked but I did not have much to tinkering plus the security on it was terrible. If you wanted internet security you would have to pay a monthly subscription fee for Armour. The UDM is great I can create multiple virtual WLAN (home automations, TV, laptop/mobile devices,etc). Each vLAN is separate so they don’t fight for WiFi space. The one UDM covers my 1200sq ft plaster walled home with secure WiFi and if I need more I could add an access point. The fact that the 4 port switch is managed is a plus. Being able to turn on/off those 4 ports makes it even more secure. Just hope that Ubiquiti continues to support this little diamond of a product with FW updates. I can see the UDM being able to do so much more. A lot is the software is in Beta and some in Alpha stage. Hopefully one day (SOON) it will be in full production mode.

I now own 5 of these camera. I have had excellent satisfaction from all. I use them for wildlife viewing and home security.

Most small digital cameras come with flimsy wrist straps. The security of such straps leaves much to be desired! With this strap the camera is very secure. Additionally, it much more convenient to carry the camera with the strap around the neck.

Nice security camera The Lorex Indoor 1080p Wi-Fi Network Security Camera is a really good, inexpensive option if you need extra security on a budget. It produces a super clear picture with good color reproduction and detail. Low-light response is excellent. The app has lots of functionality. It detects motion, as well as sound, and will record on motion, with notifications to your phone so you know when unwanted people are in the house. What I really like is that there are no monthly fees like with many competing products. Great camera, great app, inexpensive. Check, check, check.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own a few indoor security cameras and this one is by far the best. The zoom and the pan features are amazing and make it much better than any of the other brands I own. The camera quality is great in both the day and the night and the motion notifications work perfectly. I do hope in the future they can release a wireless version but I would still recommend this camera over any of the other ones on the market.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been thrilled with my ecobee Home Security Bundle. Installation and configuration could not have been easier or more intuitive. Mount the sensors, open the ecobee app on your phone, step through adding the new device, and the security bundle was up and running in a couple of minutes. One of the things I like about ecobee products is they appeal to a wide range of Users. You can keep it very simple, or you can integrate their devices into a larger ecosystem for home automation. I also purchased the SmartCamera as part of the ecobee as part of the Home Security Bundle. And I already have an ecobee Smart Thermostat with Voice Control. These devices integrate through the ecobee App to create a very simple to use home security network for added peace of mind. And the Autopilot feature automatically takes care of turning on/off the security system and setting the thermostat to home/away as you come and go from your home. What a simple but effective design.

Excellent home security camera with great features. Easy to use and setup.

This base plate fit my A1 like a glove. I now have the security I was looking for. I bought another brand that was not as secure. After putting my camera with the Sony 135 on my tripod, the camera came off and was heading for the ground. Luckily I caught it before impact!!!

Well made, easy to use. Feel confident in its ability to hold camera, but would have like to have had some extra security to secure it to the main strap. Purchased separately.
