I built my last computer in like NOV-DEC of 2013. The motherboard was a ASUS ROG Maximus VI Hero (Intel-compatible). It has worked flawlessly all these years, and I couldn't ask for more. It still works. I decided it's time to upgrade because I wanted an ultrawide monitor. The last thing I wanted to do was have to tear all the components out and RMA a board, costing me HOURS of my life, all for saving $100 of a cheaper MB on the front end.
