Sometimes there's just too much light. If you are interested in using a slow shutter to capture motion, you need to reduce the light getting to the sensor. A neutral density filter will give you that extra reduction of a stop or so to get the shot you envision. It's sunglasses for your lens.

Used it to help clean the sensor.� The red light would show more dust, but at times the white led were better for cleaning to apply light into the sensor and mirror box.� The loupe was larger than the opening for the lens, but when left above the light and magnification was great and in focus for use.

Just add a few drops on a Sensor Swab and swipe the sensor 1-2 times as needed. Cleans up the stubborn dust particles that will not come off with the auto image sensor cleaning mode. Easy to use.

I am using this product from past 4 weeks, i see that sensors are working perfectly. Door sensor with motion sensor is a great idea. Good thing is , It can use other ecobee sensors too in away mode or can be configured in stay mode. Sensors are reliable than smarthings.

Performs as promised and has a motion sensor built-in which I think is a great addition, I took away one star from value because notifications need a subscription to their Haven service which might deter some people. This is definitely a device you could trust the hardware quality and features.

I purchased a motion sensor, trigger sometime ago. The trigger has a 90/94 degree cone of activation so unless you want the camera to go off with every little movement outside the lens view angle you need to set the sensor close to the target. With this cable I can setup the sensor next to the bird feeder while the camera is at some distance away (Birds are not aware that the camera is taking photos). With this setup the sensor only detects movement in the area you want and within the lens view angle.
