Motorola 2 Way Radio Power Mic

The Motorola CLS - 1110 is a fine handheld radio. It has decent range and can be programmed so as not to interfere with other radio frequencies. More than the radio, however, I was totally sold on the customer service I got from B&H. It was as good as I could have imagined leaving no room to ask for more. Thanks-

The CLS-1110 2-way radio by Motorola is small, lightweight and easily accessible for my assisted living staff. If only there was a way to eliminate the protruding antenna (can easily get in the way), this would be the world's most perfect unit!

I bought Midland GXT1000VP4 2-Way Compact Communication Radio (Pair) and this came with the basic headset but those r different so I need something more professional and with good presentation and those looks like the other I saw in the movies very presentable and good quality

My questions are: 1-) Can I use them together, I mean at same time (old models and new models)? 2-) I will buy two radio from your store (GXT-1000). Can I choose them as FRS or GMRS before send me? I use the GXT Two Way Radio for photoshoots. I give each photographer, and the talent one. It allows us to capture action shots. Very easy to use, good range, and a requirement on production days.
