Motorola 2 Way Radios Change Channel

when I bought this accessory coupled with LXT600VP3 Midland 22-Channel 2-Way Radios, I do not imagine that this device would be something spectacular and very audible, as did a review on the radio, I also talk about this accessory and that the best accomodation for his ear. not necessary to increase the volume to communicate through the radio, because their sound is good and clean.

I've been testing this little radio in an urban setting and have been able to communicate at 1 mile clearly between two units on the ground with houses everywhere around me. They are cool little radios. They feel tough and rugged. To get the full functionality you need the programming cable to make adjustments to settings and buttons and of course change frequencies to match other radios. Lots of settings to enable or disable like roger beep, emergency button, scan, squelch, etc. When you change the channel it says the channel name out loud over the speaker. It also tells you (out loud) when the batteries are low. These are business radios but I've taken them on a few hikes with friends. I'm getting way over a mile in the forest clearly. I'm sure you could easily go to 2 miles without hills in between. Longer with zero obstructions. This is a 5 watt radio. Only one suggestion to Midland. Make this radio in a GMRS/FRS version so the outdoor guys can buy a full 5 watt radio for play too! Not just for work. Highly recommended.

Great little radios, so far. Good range relative to similar Motorola Talkabouts.

I bought 4 of these Midland Two-Way Radios about a month ago. They preformed perfectly within our business operations on the road. The talk range is extremely far considering the size of these radios. They seem to take a lot of wear and shock without damage. I really like the traditional talk button location on the side of the radios, as other brand radios don't do anymore.

I use Motorola radios for communication between crewmembers when on video shoots. When our hands are otherwise occupied with cameras, lighting, and audio, this remote speaker/mic makes portable radios more efficient and useful. This product works perfectly, with good transmission and reception.

We use Two-Way Radios around our Feed and Seed Store to aid in our communication and be able to load customers quickly and efficiently. We really like the X-talker Radios! They are easy to use, dependable and affordable. (Just don't drop them in water.....) We appreciate Midland because we know we can trust their customer service. Thanks Midland for another great product.

These are Great radios!  They give about 1 mile of very strong coverage in normal use.  The max range is about 6 miles due to the curvature of the earth.  Only getting higher off the ground will increase range.  They are very clear and can run off of AA batteries if you need longer life than the rechargeable ones that come with the radios.  Very useful in photography situations where you need to converse with subjects that are too far away.  There are only 22 channels, the others are just different channel and privacy code combinations.  Just remember these are not private channel radios.  People can hear what you are saying if they are in range.  The privacy codes are to make it where you dont hear other conversations.  They do not stop people from hearing you.  These are the radios to buy!
