Motorola Apx 6000 Radio Antenna

6 Db antenna works, I replaced a shorter stubby Motorola type with this and increased my repeater hit with about a 25 percent range increase. Heavy wooded area limits maximum radio wave range but performance is solid. 5 |

The Motorola CLS - 1110 is a fine handheld radio. It has decent range and can be programmed so as not to interfere with other radio frequencies. More than the radio, however, I was totally sold on the customer service I got from B&H. It was as good as I could have imagined leaving no room to ask for more. Thanks- 5 |

The CLS-1110 2-way radio by Motorola is small, lightweight and easily accessible for my assisted living staff. If only there was a way to eliminate the protruding antenna (can easily get in the way), this would be the world's most perfect unit! 5 |

Add this antenna and it made a big difference in range. I would recommend this for any that wants to get the maximum out if their radio. 5 |

I have been using the Midland MXT115 radio with the supplied magnetic antenna for the past year and have been really enjoying how clean and clear the transmissions have been even in the FRS channels. Once I decided how I was going to mount the radio in my truck ( Lexus GX470 ) I knew i would have to hard mount the antenna. I went with the universal lip mount and the Ghost 3db antenna to try to keep both the profile down and get a boost in range... it has worked out great in both respects!! The low profile of the Ghost doesn't scream look at me and the extra bit of range seems to be working out great and no issues hearing anyone on the trail in our group nor on the road when we are driving in a group convoy. Now for the normal stuff... shipping time was quick especially in the Covid time... product was in great condition and no damages as well as fitting perfectly. I recommend the GRMS radios to anyone who asks and the Midland by brand. The product is just as advertised and it just works. 5 |

I purchased this to use as a place to mount a radio antenna to. It works excellent. Folds up nicely. 5 |

Got the radio few weeks ago. Like the radio. Recomend it. Works great and I will be getting another 1. I did upgrade antenna because I wanted something bigger but the small antenna that comes with it does work good also. Great set up. 5 |

I actually bought this to hold antenna parts for my amateur radio hobby. That being said, it's exactly what I was looking for and would, of course, work very well for its intended purpose, or for carrying anything that's long and narrow (such as music mic stands). It's made of quality material, the stitching seems solid, and the side pocket is an nice extra. I would buy this again and recommend it. 5 |

Bought a set of 4 of these radio’s with the large antenna to help with range. We have been using them for corn harvest in our tractors and combines. Easy to mount and move from vehicle to vehicle if we need to. We farm in an area with large rolling hills and elevation will change 150-200 feet in a few miles. We consistently get 5+ miles of range and not a problem with hearing each other. We can hear each other up to 10 miles but it gets spotty and that’s not very often we need to transmit that far. I’m going to buy the external speaker to get more volume. The loud machines, radio playing and my lack of hearing is why I will add those. Overall I’m very happy for these radios to use in our operation. 5 |

My TS-99BL is being used as a tripod for a radio loop antenna. Having the leveler foot is important for uneven surfaces. The TS-99BL has a superb raising and lowering mechanism, superior to all other stands I have used. 5 |
