Motorola Apx 8000 Radio Plastic Belt Clip

A much more low-profile belt clip than the one that came with my TK-3180 portable radio. A good quality belt clip.

Several years ago I purchased the B-grip brand belt hanger. It was great, no more neck strap weight and cameral bouncing off the chest. But it was made of hard plastic, not flexible, and would be in the way when sitting, plus bruised the side of my thigh. Then I discovered PD's "clip". Threw away the plastic hanger and mounted the clip on my web belt. At first I liked, but being slightly mass-challenged at the waist/stomach it was a challenge to re-clip my camera on first or second attempt while on the go. I would have to stop walking, look down, and use both hands to locate, align and clip. Also, the torque of the camera/lense combo would slowly loosen the quick-release plate and require pulling out the hex-wrench to tighten. With the Pro Pad "unholstering" and "holstering" my camera is a breeze, one-handed, without having to look down, without having to stop. It is now ingrained in muscle memory. Because the lens hangs vertical there is no longer torque on the mounting plate and my camera is always tripod ready! GREAT JOB Peak Design! Keep the innovations coming.

The Motorola CLS - 1110 is a fine handheld radio. It has decent range and can be programmed so as not to interfere with other radio frequencies. More than the radio, however, I was totally sold on the customer service I got from B&H. It was as good as I could have imagined leaving no room to ask for more. Thanks-

The CLS-1110 2-way radio by Motorola is small, lightweight and easily accessible for my assisted living staff. If only there was a way to eliminate the protruding antenna (can easily get in the way), this would be the world's most perfect unit!

Great to have this on your belt to carry/secure your gloves.  This clip is more secure than having your gloves hanging out of your back pocket - where they can fall out! Clip is very tight and secure.

Excellent construction and in my opinion a must for wearing the capture clip on a belt.

Clip this to your belt loop or bag for quick filter changes without have to dig through your bag.

Helps with some light without having to hold it Just clip on your belt

This case is made well, and it's well padded. I wish it had a belt clip instead of the belt loop. (just my personal preference)

This is the best clip on the market. I own 2. Keep them on a shoulder strap and a hip belt for hiking.
