Motorola Family Radios

Great little radios, so far. Good range relative to similar Motorola Talkabouts.

I use Motorola radios for communication between crewmembers when on video shoots. When our hands are otherwise occupied with cameras, lighting, and audio, this remote speaker/mic makes portable radios more efficient and useful. This product works perfectly, with good transmission and reception.

I upgraded from a Motorola MB7220 8x4 to this one. What a difference it made. I have a family of five and we all use a lot of bandwidth and this smoothed out all the kinks I had. I hear that the CM1000 is the way to go but didn't want to spend that kind of money on it and I'm very pleased with the decision that I made.

I bought these radios for family road trips where cell signal is somewhat unreliable. These radios provide usb charging, great range between vehicles and privacy channels that allow clear transmissions between radios without any outside interference.

I bought this to use while we are on road trips with the family. The installation was very easy and its also easy to use. We coupled this with a pair of GXT1050VP4 radios. The clarity is great and the distance for clear communication has also been excellent.

I have used many different brands of radios over the years but none have had the consistent quality and longevity that Midlands have. I now buy Midlands exclusively for our family's communications needs.

I purchased 4 of these radios about a year ago. My family uses them on the farm to communicate between each other when we are running equiment. I also purchased several of the MXT115 radios that are mounted in the cab's of the equipment. Everything has worked beyond expectations and we love them! Very high quality, clear sound, and exceptional range. The battery life, I believe last longer than what they mention. We can turn these radios on in the morning, run for about 11-12 hours and they usually only drop one bar by the end of the day. They are also very durable. We have dropped them numerus times, been caught on the equipment, and they survive it all. Great radios and they work great with the MXT115 radio's as well. If you are on the fence about these radio's, don't hesitate. You will not be disappointed!!!! Great Buy, Great Product!!!!! Can't say enough about them.
