Motorola Hunting Radios

Great little radios, so far. Good range relative to similar Motorola Talkabouts.

I use Motorola radios for communication between crewmembers when on video shoots. When our hands are otherwise occupied with cameras, lighting, and audio, this remote speaker/mic makes portable radios more efficient and useful. This product works perfectly, with good transmission and reception.

Been using these radios for hunting for a couple years now, they work really good until you lose one. The range of these, while I've never tested at 36 miles before, is really good! a few miles apart from each other with small hills in between and pretty dense trees! I love being able to turn off both beeps and getting the in-ear headsets work really good for whispering between people. Also great for caravan road trips through areas with poor cell reception. Battery life is good for a couple days of use, charging in the dock is great. I've never actually heard any weather updates on those channels, but I'm sure they work.

I bought a set of these radios 3 or 4 years ago. My hunting partner and I were so impressed with their range and clarity that he purchased another set and now we outfit our entire hunting party. They have been extremely effective in the mountains of Vermont and have saved us numerous trips when something caused us to need to contact other hunting party members.

I bought these to go with my Midland GXT1050 radios. They work great! I primarily use these for hunting so I can talk to my hunting buddies while in the woods. They would be great for paintball or anywhere you want to be in communication without everyone around you hearing the conversation. The mics pickup even the lightest whisper!

I purchased these radios to be able to communicate while out hunting (spot and stalk). On my first outing, my brother in law and I were able to radio back and forth from vantage points a mile apart, and give reports on the elk we were glassing. The radios were crisp, clear and worked perfectly. I do not expect to use farther that 2 mile radius so it works perfect for my usage.

I have been a Midland radio user for many years. I mostly use the radios for hunting, communicating with other hunters in the area for safety. Very functional with all the features you need in a radio plus the whisper function.

I've used this pair of radios for two hunting seasons on our 160 acre leased hunting property. They have performed flawlessly thus far. The compact height, the "FULL" charge indicator, and the short battery charge time are definite positives.

My son an I have used these radios in the mountain areas of Arizona, Elk an Deer hunting. we can always keep in touch weather we are a ridge or Many ridges away from each other. They work so good I bought a second pair for back up.

I bought these radios to stay in touch with my hunting party in the North Maine Woods. They work great and have tremendous range.
