Motorola Radio Mic Amazon

The Motorola CLS - 1110 is a fine handheld radio. It has decent range and can be programmed so as not to interfere with other radio frequencies. More than the radio, however, I was totally sold on the customer service I got from B&H. It was as good as I could have imagined leaving no room to ask for more. Thanks- 5 |

The CLS-1110 2-way radio by Motorola is small, lightweight and easily accessible for my assisted living staff. If only there was a way to eliminate the protruding antenna (can easily get in the way), this would be the world's most perfect unit! 5 |

I tried a cheap amazon mic thinking they were all the same...they aren't. This records so much nicer! I'm not a pro but I could tell a difference so that says something! Not sure I care about the game at all, but for the price it was worth it. Love that is is USB! 5 |

We had a old mic that was dropped and needed to be replaced at our church and this worked well for that. It's better than the old Radio Shack mic it replaced. 5 |

This mic is impressive. I purchased this with a Polsen usb audio interface and spent today doing some experimentation with it. I started a vocal recording using my Amazon Echo as a source and basically did a cover of a favorite song. When I went to do the playback, I was completely blown away by the amount of secondary rejection this mic is capable of. The Amazon Echo was actually fairly loud, but it wasn't present in the final recording (there is some of it in the final output, but it is so much attenuated, you'd have to find a silent passage to hear it). If you are doing vocals without using headphones, this is a great choice. The tone and response of the microphone are great - I could not tell this wasn't a much more expensive piece of gear. I also tested handling noise and the shock mount is very effective at dampening coupled noises. The only negative I can give here is that the desktop stand is not that great. I spent yesterday in the shop making a new desktpp stand that doesn't tip over if you look at it funny. The stand it comes with is poorly balanced, so that will be your first upgrade. 5 |

I purchased this mic two days before I left for the Amazon Jungle. I wanted to be able to capture the sounds of the wildlife. B & H got it to me the next day! This equipment did not disappoint. Easy to use and the included shoe mount made it clean and fast. It is better than the mount that came with the AX45 which was too big to hold the mic. The dead cat did well at canceling out the wind noise and letting the clear sounds of birds and monkeys come through from a distance. A great addition to my videos. Used with a Canon AX 45. I highly recommend. 5 |

I tried a pair of Amazon condenser mics because I thought that would be best. I live on a noisy Los Angeles street and those did NOT work. Found this dynamic mic set through a YouTube video and I’m very happy with the quality of sound, and quality of the mic itself. I host a podcast with a guest in person and these mics do a good job. Very little bleed. Don’t have to use much noise gate. I’m a fan! 5 |

I have purchased the cheaper versions of these boom arms on Amazon as well as attempting to use a regular mic stand. Though these worked OK, I was always having to crank the adjustment nuts to the point of shearing or position my mic in a place that 80% of where I wanted. I finally broke down and bought the PSA1 when I got a heavy broadcast mic that my Amazon boom arm could only hold complete extended. It was a pretty heavy microphone. I was frustrated with this for about a week and then I just decided to buy the PSA1. The difference is night and day. The internal springs can handle the weight of broadcast style mics and I don't have to tighten any but the mic to the mount. The mic holds position when I am articulating it so I don't have re-angle the mic. I should have bought this a year ago. Do yourself a favor, buy once. Buy the PSA1. You won't regret it. 5 |
