On my Amateur Radio microphones

The Motorola CLS - 1110 is a fine handheld radio. It has decent range and can be programmed so as not to interfere with other radio frequencies. More than the radio, however, I was totally sold on the customer service I got from B&H. It was as good as I could have imagined leaving no room to ask for more. Thanks-

The CLS-1110 2-way radio by Motorola is small, lightweight and easily accessible for my assisted living staff. If only there was a way to eliminate the protruding antenna (can easily get in the way), this would be the world's most perfect unit!

Very good microphones for the price. Light, compact, convenient, no interference like with radio mikes, long cord. Best to use with DSLR cameras. Of course, fragile... Just need to be careful as with any other electronics... Keep an extra battery on hand.

I bought this Y cable to add a second headphone for the director to be able to listen to the dialogue more clearly, especially when using radio microphones at a distance. It does the job just fine.

I am a D,J. on a Community Radio Station and I Just hate the Microphones the supply. Using the Soyuz Microphone Launcher with my RE-20 and SM7 makes the Broadcast Board sound like a Vintage High End Microphone Preamp in Consoles from the 70's or 80's by simply putting this unit inline. I get compliments almost every show I do, raving about how my voice sounds. I have been using a Cloudlifter CL-1 for years. The Soyuz gives my voice a very distinctive warm retro tone, that seems to impress my listeners.

We bought this mic for our pastor for recording a new radio show. The difference between this and our regular microphones was dramatic. Our pastor beamed after using it, he was very impressed with the quality. Having the different settings for mic patterns is helpful while recording interviews. Two people can comfortably use one microphone without feeling awkward in sharing the same space. We will be using this mic for other purposes as well. It would be nice to purchase the XLR version as well.

I am a Ham Radio operator and for HF and using Heil 781 Pro microphones, these mixers really make a difference in how my voice comes over the air and cuts through the pileup.

Amazing pair of wireless microphones. It makes sure that it stays within legal US radio-ranges. The quality is amazing. It's great that they're tiny and that you can connect your own Lavalier microphones. Another thing that is great is that you can recharge them easily with a few USB cables. My previous wireless mics needed new batteries all the time. The only thing to remember is that you will absolutely need a Rode SC15 cable to connect it to your iPhone and record in stereo.

I needed an easy way to record 8 microphones at once for live amateur radio show production. This is possibly the easiest way to record live and have enough flexibility to adjust and master the recording down to a professional final product. Having 32 tracks allows additional sound effects and music to easily be added in post production without ever having to connect to a PC. Great on the fly!! I like being able to simply focus on my project without being interrupted by social media notifications or emails. I can also drop the raw tracks into my computer for further editing and mastering. I simply love this machine!!
