Motorola Radio Repeaters

The GXT67 Pro is a Home Run for Midland! Full 5 watts, waterproof & dust proof, noise cancelling Mic, long battery life, repeater capable, 50 channels of GMRS/FRS right out of the box with another 49 available with the optional PC interface that also allows you to custom name your channels with up to 8 characters. Rugged design, with a large display that fits nicely in your hand gives this radio more of a traditional look and feel. For those who use repeaters, it is both narrow and wide band capable although most repeaters are wide band. Ten NOAA weather channels with weather alert are a bonus but some of the more notable features are the 10 Groups with 143 Group Godes, Privacy Codes, CTCSS, DCS, VOX and so much more. The icing on the cake is the top-quality carry case that cradles the GXT67 Pro and accessories keeping them safe from loss and damage. Ok, so it’s loaded with features that everyone wants but how does it work. GREAT! The 5 watts gives much greater talk power than much of the competition. Distance when used in a vehicle compared to lower power units is double and hitting repeaters in the Phoenix Metro area has been easy. And while it is pricy compared to those clam shell packaged ones, it has the feel and features of a quality Ham walkie costing much more. You will find out quickly that it is well worth the cost based on quality, features and performance. The GXT67 Pro is truly a professional grade GMRS portable radio. 5 |

I bought this radio for use on the trail and initial impressions are very good. One of my favorite features is the small size; it allows you to mount the radio just about anywhere. I also like the ease of setting up repeaters. We have several GMRS repeaters here in Tucson and I've been able to hit them all. I haven't tested the limits but I've regularly been hitting a repeater 15 miles away. I have it paired with Midlands 6db antenna and mag NMO mount which seems to work well. The SWR on it showed 1.04 without any extra tuning or fiddling. The menu interface is hard to follow since all menu options are abbreviated to 2 letters. I find that I don't go into the menu enough to have them memorized so I keep the manual handy. Another con is the mount for the microphone does not come with screws, only adhesive. I found my microphone on the floor of my truck after one day in the Arizona sun. I quickly remedied the problem with a self tapping screw. I also would have preferred a channel knob on the unit itself instead of buttons on the microphone. Aside from those few minor items the radio is great! 5 |

The Motorola CLS - 1110 is a fine handheld radio. It has decent range and can be programmed so as not to interfere with other radio frequencies. More than the radio, however, I was totally sold on the customer service I got from B&H. It was as good as I could have imagined leaving no room to ask for more. Thanks- 5 |

The CLS-1110 2-way radio by Motorola is small, lightweight and easily accessible for my assisted living staff. If only there was a way to eliminate the protruding antenna (can easily get in the way), this would be the world's most perfect unit! 5 |

I have used several of these outdoor access points both as access points as well as repeaters and they always work very well. 5 |

Love this little stubby for my MXT275. Works great on the Knoxville area repeaters and looks cool too. 5 |

Used the ET8 2-Pack to replace an older Asus router and two TPLink repeaters. Setup was easy (I chose to use wired backhaul) Coverage is significantly better, connections much more reliable and faster than with old system. I have not experienced any of the dropout/disconnect problems reported by other reviewers. 5 |

Works as advertised. I love the plugged-in power so that the cameras are always on and recording. I liked that the wifi cameras connect to the NVR via my home (mesh) wifi network and not its own "home base wifi station" (b/c then I may need repeaters; I got a home mesh wifi network so I wouldn't need repeaters). 5 |
