Motorola Tactical Radio Communications

I use this for Ham Radio. Excellent audio but needs some EQ to boost the highs in respect to the lows for communications.

I’ve had the radios for about a week now. They are installed in Jeep Wranglers with the 3db ghost antenna. We live in very hilly central PA, and can communicate approximately 7 miles radio to radio. I have connected with repeaters about 27 miles away! I have ordered a 3db whip antenna from another vendor in hopes of getting better radio to radio communications in the hills and city. Over all we are happy with these. They blow CB radios out of the water, and are perfect for trail communications.

Midland has been doing radio communications for a LONG time. These are no exception to the reliable service reputation this company enjoys. Fairly prices, easy to use, works where txt messages don't.

These Midland radios are great! I bought the X-Talkers to teach my kids about radio communications use and importance. X-Talkers are a great place to start and overall use. My XT511, MXT400 abd GXTs are awesome as well!

The Motorola CLS - 1110 is a fine handheld radio. It has decent range and can be programmed so as not to interfere with other radio frequencies. More than the radio, however, I was totally sold on the customer service I got from B&H. It was as good as I could have imagined leaving no room to ask for more. Thanks-

I use this case for to protect sensitive radio gear during transit. As a field communications officer, I have come to rely on Storm for durability, reliability and ease of use (still the easiest latches in the world). The iM2700 is about as bit as you'd want to go without adding wheels. Careful not to overload as it can get heavy.

I have a Midland GMRS radio hard mounted in my truck and when I go out with friends they often don't have communications in their truck. Carrying the X-Talker allows me to hand them off to others during the day. Also, having a spotter with a handheld is very helpful, these are perfect for that. They are easy to charge on the go and I always have them ready.

A 2 watt license free radio. Purchased 8 pairs for communications on 18 acre fairgrounds.

The CLS-1110 2-way radio by Motorola is small, lightweight and easily accessible for my assisted living staff. If only there was a way to eliminate the protruding antenna (can easily get in the way), this would be the world's most perfect unit!
