Motorola Xts 5000 Model 1 Radio Europe Analog

The Motorola CLS - 1110 is a fine handheld radio. It has decent range and can be programmed so as not to interfere with other radio frequencies. More than the radio, however, I was totally sold on the customer service I got from B&H. It was as good as I could have imagined leaving no room to ask for more. Thanks-

The CLS-1110 2-way radio by Motorola is small, lightweight and easily accessible for my assisted living staff. If only there was a way to eliminate the protruding antenna (can easily get in the way), this would be the world's most perfect unit!

I love my Tivoli Model One Radio. I can get the radio stations that I did not get before. Also it is plain and simple as I do not care for any wireless stuff. The sound is great too !

This is the same exact model as the one that came with my Nikon SB-5000 flash. So when I cracked mine by accident this was the perfect replacement.  A little pricey for a single piece of molded plastic, but it works perfectly with my flash.  If you want to save money there is also an off-brand version available at a lower price.  I figured I stay with Nikon and not take a chance on a cheaper version.

Easy to set up and use. I use the cutter for mounting images on 3/16 foam core board. The cutter doesn't go all the way through for this purpose (nor was it designed to). The Model 5000 cutter (designed for 8-ply matt) will do the job on 3/16. However, even with the cutter that came with the Logan 450-1, it's easy to do a hand held cut on the back of the foam core board and still have a professional look. Kudos to Logan customer service. When a piece of plastic was broken during shipment of the Model 5000 cutter they generously provided replacement parts instead of making me return the product.

Solid little radio, I plug it in the wall, get excellent reception. Easy analog tuning. Can also work with batteries.

This is an amazing radio. I love the ability to fine tune a station due to the analog capability of the tuning dial, missing from today's digital lock-in features. The dial is smooth as silk when you turn it. The radio stays put due heavyweight cabinet & electronics inside, also soft rubber feet keep it from moving. The sound is rich and hi-fi with great bass if desired. The walnut wood is beautiful and luxurious. I would highly recommend this radio for anyone that appreciates the days of analog radio with the modern sound of a hi-fi system

Good sound and reception for a basic analog radio. The red light helps with tuning in. I have older Sony radios and this one is an upgrade for sure.

This analog radio sounds system is great and also without any interruptions. B&H provided fast delivery and great service. Strong recommended to do business with them.

I did a little of research to try to find an analog tuning radio at an affordable price. Reason being I live in the mountains and radio reception, just like cell phone service is not as good. I read that analog tunning is better. This little radio has been excellent both at tunning and at having a good reception, even in the mountains! I even picked up a station from 50+ miles away where my city was on the very edge of their coverage map. It came in clear, and I was able to tune into that station. I bought this portable radio so I cut sit on the patio with my classical music while I work. The quality of sound is pretty decent. During a hurricane we were left weeks without electricity and all the daily relief efforts updates were on the radio. Battery is still working. We would have daily meetings at my community pool to listen to the relief effort updates on my portable radio and it was loud and clear for the 10 to 15 people gathered there every day, I didn't even turn the volume all the way up and it was loud enough for everyone to hear in the group. Overall, I highly recommend this radio for tunning in, reception, decent sound, volume, decent battery usage or plugin, and portability.
