I used this adapter to connect a Polsen SCL-1075 Camera Mount Condenser Shotgun Microphone to a Samsung Galaxy S5, and it works fine. I really like the 90-degree plug, and the quality seems great. Only wish is that I had found an adapter with an additional female output for headphones to be used simultaneously with a mic. 5 |

I use the bracket mostly at weddings with a smaller Sony HD camera , and a MOVO VLL 160 light. Easily attaches and comes off a tripod to be handheld. Has a nice grip and light weight. 5 |

I take a lot of video of high school marching bands with my Canon HF20 HD video camera and from the stands the sound usually has a lot of fan noise especially when I use a wide angle lens to get more of the field in view. This microphone picked up all of the sounds of the band from well over 100 feet away and reduced unwanted sounds to a pretty acceptable level. I do this for fun and to build video shows for the kids to see. The combination of great sound with HD quality video makes for a great show. yep, a bit pricy but if better audio (on a Canon video camera with the mini advanced accessory shoe) is what you're looking for it's a great product and very easy to use. The only knock is that from what I can see you can only use the microphone with a mini advanced accessory shoe kind of limiting future uses - if I had any... 5 |

Fits great on my setup. Using it to mount a Movo mini led panel on a Gript. Like how it is only one way. Does exactly what is should. Extra screws were not used. Mounted fine with just the 1/4 Allen screw. Super good product. If I need more I will totally get another from SmallRig. 5 |

Had a Movo 800 treated me good for a couple years. They had this on sale similiar to the movo but definitely a better more solid build also holds a little more weight than the movo. Seems to have more control over adjusting the tension than the movo did 5 |
