Msi Mag X670E Tomahawk Review

I purchased this to take advantage of my 3Gbps connection, my X670E Tomahawk does 2.5gGbps and I would see 2.3gbps upload/download during a speedtest.net, upon placing this card in the bottom slot and installing the driver I was back up and running in under 10 minutes on Windows 11. Now my internet connection does 3.2gbps without any downsides thanks to the gen 4 connection. I would recommend this card it was very easy to get running on W11.

Another good purchase from B&H. Upgraded my old MSI z490 Godlike/ I9 10900K over to a MSI Mpg x670E Carbon and a 7800x3d AMD processor. Installed board, cpu, 64gb fresh ddr5 and bolted my old 280mm Kraken up and everything booted right up without a hitch. Runs Flawless

I took over my son's 4 year old gaming pc running MSI Tomahawk x570 running Ryzen 9 3900x. I was looking into upgrading to 5900x, but I'm glad and waited for the 5900XT. Runs games fast, and excellent for my photo editing needs.

Great case mine looks great with my MSI. TOMAHAWK MAX motherboard Looks just as the pictures show it off to be, and has a nice amount of space in the back for tightly cable management

Paired this with an MSI Tomahawk motherboard for a special gaming rig. It's quite fast and runs cool with the included CPU fan. Excellent value at a little over $200.

Paired with an MSI Mag Bazooka b550m motherboard, 32 GB of 3200 ram, Rx 580 8GB. Speedy on windows 10, just need to stop it from overwriting the AMD drivers with generic ones from Microsoft. Very capable in autoCAD and small scale video edits in Shotcut, but scrubbing on the timeline can sometimes lag on 40 min+ videos (30 minute 720P, 128 bit mp3 MP4/MPG video renders in like 10-17 min without adding any filters or effects).

Paired with 128 gigs of ddr5 ram and an Msi mag coreliquid 360R V2. Edits and plays back 6k Braw footage. Yet to try Redcode 6k. Very good and quite hot CPU. Happy with rhe purchase

Great processor for my money, not as hot as the 14900 but powerful enough for my tasks. I put it in MSI MAG Z790 TOMAHAWK WIFI LGA 1700 ATX Motherboard with which it works without any problems. Shipping was fast. Recommended for purchase
