Great cover cap for lens when changing positions while raining or at beach or any other inclement weather. Easy to put on and take off., 5 |

I've only been out once since I got this vest, but I already think it's awesome. I was on the beach in 95 degree weather, and it was very comfortable to wear. It has more pockets than I will be able to remember. Size is just right for me; X LG fit just right, even had enough room for my old man big belly. 5 |

I just spent 6 weeks hiking in the Eastern Sierras. Before that Tuscon and the desert. This is an amazing lens. From the actual moment of the shot to the processing to printing at 13X19 this is an amazing lens. You will need other normal and zoom lens of various sizes, but this is a great final lens. I hike into the Muir wilderness with this and my 400 on my 2 camera bodies. I hike out with my 400 and 24-105. The fish eye aspect can create some really interesting shots. I had a beaver pond with a tree in mid shot angled to the left - perfectly clear water. The fisheye curved the trees on the side to the same angle. Totally kewl. But don't fall in love with it. It takes getting used to, but it really is a trip. Don't forget to take pics with your other lens. As I said, this is great last lens. On the Muir Trail, I carry this lens, 100-400, 24-105, 100 macro and whatever else catches my imagination of the day. Downsides? I can't imagine anything close with this thing. Maybe I can play with flowers, but I don't see it. Unless you are out in the distance views, I don't see it. Jack 5 |

I have used the PowerShot G7 on the last two years for various hikes including the John Muir Trail - 2015 north to south and 2016 south to north. Camera takes great pictures and is a great size for backpacking. 5 |

John Muir Laws recommended this binocular for field journaling & general use. I hesitated for some time before getting it as I thought that the close-focus feature would just be a gimmick. Close focus is no gimmick, and makes the bino a perfect field companion for almost everything. I have a couple of Nikons which I dearly love, and which do have superior optics to the Papilio, but for multiple uses I always take the Papilio with me. 5 |

Great vest. I'm using it in an underground coal mine. It's like having an extra pair of hands. It distributes weight evenly. I use it for batteries, flashes, all sorts of accessories. There are no pockets for big lenses, but that's O.K. It would make the vest too heavy and cumbersome. It's pretty good at repelling lime and coal dust and water and is not likely to tear easily. Pockets are lined with soft material, which is easy on lenses. These vests are a little pricey, but worth it. They're professional gear and are made for rugged use. 5 |

So far so good! Using as a backup power supply for an underground dog fence and so far is working great. 5 |

We mostly use it to protect our lens for our camera at work, being as we drag the camera through steam tunnels, in mud trenches, inside underground vaults, and through all sorts of other environments. The filter screws on firmly to the end of the lens and protects the lens from scratches, dirt, dust, etc. without distorting any of the pictures. 5 |

I use 50+ of these routinely for delicate electronic sensors that are buried underground in very wet Florida environments for over 6 months at a time. I love the color-changing pattern on the exterior of the pack that let's me now when it's due for replacement or refreshing in a microwave. I used to use the metal type that needed to be baked for 3 hours, but those too long to replenish and were small in comparison. 5 |
