Multi Instrument Looper Recorder

We power a stationery video recorder/camera and our sound system through this multi-outlet power source. We just plugged it in, plugged in our six units and we were done. Sequence outlets offer a nice perk for those who need it.

I wanted to put an RC 505 looper up in front of my keyboard. This turned out to be the right tool for the job. The supports were a bit too wide for the looper, but a few scraps of wood from the garage later, I built a shelf to lay across this second tier and came up with a great setup. I got the looper and studio monitor stands from BH too. Love their selection, price and fast shipping.

I'm a keyboard player and guitarist. This looper is tons of fun. The pre and post effects make it hypnotizing to play with the loops after you record them, and to get inspired to do more overdubs. And for whatever reason the thing just sounds good. Even on my less than pristine voice. I'm really enjoying myself with this blinking box of fun!

This is the best delay / slap-back echo / mod machine I've ever heard. There are versatile sounds for every need, with responsive controls to dial in the perfect effect. Plus, the secret secondary controls make this even more customizable. The looper is lots of fun, though might be a little difficult to pull off live onstage. Basically, if you're looking for a versatile delay, with some added modular swirly/shimmery sounds and a looper thrown in for good measure, stop reading this and buy this pedal. Just be prepared to sit in front your amp and enjoy exploring the sounds this pedal provides, for hours! Highly recommended!

I had some challenges getting my mic cable plugged into the XLR fitting on the back of my new Boss rc-500 looper pedal on a tight pedalboard. For best access to the looper pedal while performing, I need to have the rc-500 in the 'front row', and that makes all straight xlr plugs, as well as most right angled plugs impossible to fit. I just soldered this onto a good mic cable, and it lines-up pins & holes, just as I need it to.
