Multi Point Bluetooth 4.0 Audio Music Transmitter

When teamed with a BlueSENSE Bluetooth audio transmitter, I've got great sound anywhere in my house. Easy to set up and great sound with my Yamaha receiver and CD player!

I have been using the first version of the headset for quite some tim and have been satisfied with it in all aspects. The audio quality is in point with many other competitors, bluetooth connection is very easy and seamless. I bought this about a month ago to replace a 34 year old (!) Sony Stereo receiver. The old one had AM-FM receiver capability. This one only has FM Receiver built-in, but it sounds a lot cleaner than the older model. This one has fewer output jacks than my older one, but is more than adequate for my setup (Sony Stereo Cassette Deck - going on 20 years now also !), and a bluetooth Audio-Technica Record Player. This model also contains the regular size headphone jack AND a standard audio output jack on the front for older style cassette players, walkman's, etc. Very unusual feature but useful for me as I still use some of that older gear from time to time. I primarily bought and use this product for its bluetooth capability which works excellently. I have my phone, and computer able to play music to it through bluetooth. I realize bluetooth specs don't carry the full frequency range for a lot of audio musical pieces (such as classical music), but for the everyday average pop music it's just fine. This is a great entry level unit for a person who is not an audio-phile. I also bought this because of Sony durability in its products. This thing is built like a brick. Good design accents, solid metal frame, heavy duty components. I will always buy Sony products - good balance between cost, design, and functionality. Couldn't be happier with this product.

My experience has been that Vello products are well made and reliable and available at a reasonable price. My preliminary inspection of the ShutterBoss 4.0 is consistent with my past experience with Vello products. First, the ShutterBoss 4.0 comes attractively packaged which raises your expectation that you'll get a quality product. Inside are a transmitter and receiver with two cables for Nikon cameras so that the ShtterBoss 4.0 is compatible with all the Nikon cameras I own, a D850 and D500 which have 10 pin connectors and a D750 which doesn't have a 10 pin connector. There are two wrist straps in the box for those who may be prone to misplacing small items while working. The transmitter has a lot of capability packed into its small but efficiently designed unit. You do have to read the manual to learn how to use the multiple functions. Once you understand how to set the different functions, operation of the transmitter is pretty intuitive. While the ShutterBoss 4.0 performs functions that your camera may do, it's more efficient to use because you don't have to comb through confusing camera menus to make the desired settings. One minor inconvenience is that the transmitter does not initiate camera focusing before remote exposure if your camera is set for back button focusing. You have to reset your camera to initiate focusing with the shutter release button in order to remotely initiate focusing with the HutterBoss 4.0. Other than that, I find the ShutterBoss 4.0 to be a well made, versatile and efficient tool.

I have recently watched a video on youtube about why this lens was not a good buy, but if you have a need for a multi-purpose lens and you need it to be brighter than 4.0, then this lens is for you. I have owned the G Master 24-70 for a while now and I have been very happy with it. I can't say the price is not very steep but it is. If the world was perfect, I would love it if the 18-105 was full frame and 1.8 but is not.

I bought Waves NX Head Tracker to use it with Logic Pro X in a Mac Pro Mid 2010 OS El Capitan and Bluetooth 2.1 I needed Bluetooth 4.0, so I bought this StarTech adapter. Plugged into my computer, but it was not recognized as BT 4.0. Then I downloaded Hardware_IO_Tools_for_Xcode_7.3.dmg, and installed Bluetooth Explorer in the Applications folder. Opened it, Tools menu and choose HCI Controller Selector, I clicked at the arrows and selected Broadcom Corp and clicked Activate. Done My computer recognized the StarTech adapter as Bluetooth 4, and I was able to use my excellent Waves NX Head Tracker.

Mini USB Bluetooth® 4.0 Adapter is a fantastic product! Better working range than other Bluetooth receivers/transmitters. Works great with Sony MDR-10R after checking ALL of the configuration for USBBT1EDR4. You MUST install ONLY the last version of the CSR Harmony software; if you have an older version installed, you MUST uninstall the older version first. The new version unfortunately does not include drivers for all of the older transmitters and you can't have more than one version installed at the same time. I highly recommend this product.

Cheap and to the point, split your audio in two.

After multiple pursuits of ideal multi room music systems, actually trying to avoid a mainstream brand like Sonos; I have come to see why it's so popular. Music quality rivals many of my far more expensive wireless speakers, and some of my traditional speaker setups. Set up with wifi, the app, connection to Spotify and Apple Music make this perhaps the best smart speaker you can buy. Don't hesitate, it's a great investment.

Interior multi-light setups for bringing up shadows especially in adjoining rooms. I'm just getting started again and didn't feel the need to break the bank on even older canon/nikon speed lights (or spend wasted time on @ listings). Also with the new wireless radio transmitter I didn't even need to buy a separate receiver/transmitter. So far so good, more power than I probably even need. Waiting to see how it performs with a softbox and equivalent.
