Action is very close to a stringed piano pedal. Holds the notes well. Great product and price

Perfect. My children can now practice their stringed instruments at their desks or any table without having to set up a regular sized music stand. We love the fact that it is manufactured in the USA.

Am using it to transport a large folk harp, and it is excellent for the job (as I suppose it would be for most jobs). Am very impressed with how well built it is - that really stood out over and over - seems to be very sturdy and well made. Is not unusually heavy, but is heavier than if all thin aluminium (the heavier metal also adds to its strength - a real plus).

I use a mic stand with a boom for performing folk/country music with a band and solo. I have used many cheap stands in the past, and there are always issues with them. This stand and boom are very high quality and appear to be built to last. The boom is the perfect size and telescopes in to a very short length for transport. So far, I have not seen anything negative about this boom.

I am half way through editing the first serious test of this lens, 2000+ images at our state folk festival. This lens performed better than I expected and made my job that much easier. The pictures look great and I have a higher yield of good images than I ever have, which has the wonderful problem of making it harder to pick my best.

I have only had the Electribe for 10 days or so, but so far it is one of the more useful rhythm tools I have used. I play mostly folk, blues, and world-type music but I have already developed some excellent rhythm tracks using mostly the percussion section and going light on the filters that significantly modify sound. Another positive factor is that while simple to use initially, a person could spend months experimenting with the different sounds and filters. I also like that it is both a box that will essentially play the rhythm track for you or you can play it as an instrument. While I would like a song mode, it does have a Pattern Set process that allows you to string many four-bar pattern sets in a row by just touching a button before the end of the last beat of the fourth measure of a pattern. I would like to have eight measures instead of four and the Chord function would be more useful if it displayed the chords being played. As usual, ordering from B & H was easy and the delivery was prompt. I love the free Expedited Shipping.
